Starting with the initial design phase and ending with a very timely and professionally executed project plan. We hired Holtzman to renovate the entire exterior of our home. We changed our stucco from textured to smooth, renovated two exterior balconies, added a metal/cable railing on each balcony, new front door, new garage door, demo’d old concrete and replaced with it pavers, replaced a side gate with a metal one, repaired wooden fascia along the trim, and painted. All of this was completed before the 6 week timeline they gave us. Rob was our contractor and did an awesome job at keeping us informed with what was happening and when. All of the people that came to work on our house were outstanding and professional. The exterior of our house now looks like a brand new build! We were so impressed with their work, we already hired them to renovate our master bathroom next. I highly recommend them to other people and plan to continue to use them for future projects.

Working with Randy Smith on our kitchen and master bath was a genuine pleasure. He has an amazing depth of knowledge and experience. We especially liked that he could translate our rough descriptions and drawings into something meaningful that we could see clearly. The store has a lot of product, displays, and samples so the choices were initially overwhelming. Since there were many decisions to make we greatly appreciated Randy’s patience and guidance. Additionally, he steered us to what best fit our requirements and budget instead of pushing us in a one-size-fits-all direction. No hard-sell pressure – just good, honest salesmanship and a concern for doing right by the customer.

I also want to mention the great installation job Leroy did. Not only is he skilled but also very meticulous about his workmanship. It was a large installation that took a week but he always cleaned up at the end of day. When he started, there were empty spaces and no trash. When he left, there were beautiful cabinets and no trash. BTW, Home Depot was one of three options we were considering and the rep we were working with recommended finding our own installers.

Finally, the out the door price was not the lowest but the quality of Diamond’s products and the service made us feel comfortable that we were making the right decision. Now that everything is complete and we are enjoying our new kitchen and master bathroom, that feeling has not changed.

Our remodel has gone amazingly smooth both with the budget and our timing. After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Keith and his team are the best you can get. I bought slabs and when Keith’s team saw a potential problem instead of just cutting the slabs I purchased they raised their concern to us and we were able to find different slabs. Our kitchen countertops are absolutely gorgeous and we could not be happier. Thank you Keith and team for an amazing job!

We purchased a beautiful slab of granite and they installed it. we absolutely loved it and the overall experience was great. Everyone that came by to measure and install were courteous, professional and clean.

Legacy and the team of Jeremy, Debbie and Derek did a fantastic job on the remodel of our master bath, bedroom and Panoramic doors in our great room. Jeremy incorporated everything we were hoping for in his plans. Debbie's eye for what works together is spot on. We thought we had everything picked out and unbeknownst to us she sought out 2 different tiles to compliment the wall tile in the shower, presented it to us and it was a WOW moment. Derek was fantastic coordinating all the subs, was on site every day himself, and kept us informed daily about who would be working and what time they would arrive. His communication with us was greatly appreciated. We would use them again and recommend Legacy with the team of Jeremy, Debbie and Derek to everyone.

The remodeling of our Master Bath went very well because of the professionalism of everyone involved. They kept everything as clean as possible and worked efficiently. The whole process went much smoother than any of our many past remodeling projects. and we are thrilled with our new beautiful and functional bathroom.

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

We had our house renovated by Republic West Remodeling and have been very pleased with the results. They were very easy to work with during the entire process. We were nervous going in to such a large renovation job especially with all the horror stories you here from people. We felt very comfortable with them. They had a detailed timeline and other than one of the subcontractors delaying their job, Republic West was on time for a 3 month project. The end results were exactly what we had dreamed up. Kevin was our project manager and he was great to work with. He kept us updated with every aspect of the job and did great work. We would definitely recommend Republic West.

My wife and I had them redo our master bath shower. Mark at Sunset Tile got the job done right! Polite, professional and got the job done in an acceptable amount of time. They worked with our schedule and even around the city of Phoenix repaving our cul de sac. Thanks again team, we love our new shower!

We/ve enjoyed working with Sandra and her team right from day one. It's been quite the process-working mostly virtually during the pandemic and while living out of state, but everything has gone smoothly and we are ecstatic with how our project has turned out (better than we envisioned!)
