I hired Jeremy the Handyman/First Leaf Construction to correct a poorly sized attic opening at my older home. Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality. This was the third handyman service I contacted, but it was the first one that was willing to take the job. Apparently most services wont do a job for less than $1000 dollars.... apparently not worth their time, but the contractor was able to help me within 48 hours. Good work too.
