Best Tile Work Installation in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. Thanks John for everything you've done.

Old (1958) bathtub with original tile surround remodeled to a walk-in shower, plus removing old (1950's) toilet and installing a new one. Two day job with all demolition and removal day 1. Day two was the finish. Excellent work and cleanup by the 2 men. Kept me informed or in the loop as needed to ensure I liked the finished product. Love it!

In the first stages of researching people to do a bathroom remodel, I reached out to friends & co-workers. I received ZERO recommendations from them, but a few who not to work with as well as hearing the story of how one of my co-workers had an open BBB complaint against the company they used. I've never done this size remodel before so I was already a little nervous, but hearing their stories stressed me out!

I went online to do some research and that included NextDoor and the Living Chandler Facebook group. Checked out past remodel posts and noted any companies that were recommended multiple times. Once I got a fair amount of companies, I started calling them for initial consultations. After that I narrowed it down to 3 for in-home consultations and quotes.

All 3 quotes were in the same ballpark, which was good since I didn't feel like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. I went with Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR), because unlike some of the others, they didn't try to push me in a specific design direction and didn't try to force expensive options. Seriously, one company really tried to upsell me on everything, even when I would share concerns.

Jeremy, Ben, Mark, and Jason made me feel comfortable and, while working with them, reinforced that I made the correct decision by listening to my questions and concerns. They were able to take general ideas/concepts and make them a reality! Their subs also helped reinforce that I went with the right people. Lupe (tile), Roy (vanity), Cody (woodworking, misc), and everyone else were friendly, polite, asked me questions to make sure they got things right, and did a wonderful job.

Any kind of remodeling can be overwhelming, and PHR was the perfect guide through the process and helping me keep my sanity. I've already recommended them and will continue to do so, and I look forward to using them again! (apologies for the novel, but I can't say enough good things about PHR)

AZLB22-0443---Robert Kempf and his crew did an excellent job on my shower project. He is very knowledable andmakes sure the customer is satisfied.Also I want to mention Josh my salesman,who is great and keeps me informed on all my options,and also makes sure the customer is taken care of.

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

Homework Remodels remodeled our kitchen, backyard, patio, and two bathrooms. They restored our second-story balcony when its floor leaked. Their work was excellent. Steve Shinn designed the kitchen and the patio. We have been completely satisfied.

Two men came for work and they cleaned up as soon as every section was completed. They had the kitchen cleaned up and the parts were ready for installation. They showed professional behavior and were very responsive. Highly recommended.

Top quality and excellent communication!

Sunset Tile remodeled our master bathroom with a new walk in shower along with all new wall and floor tile. Excellent job and we are completely happy with the finished project.

Aqua Therapy replaced the corroded shower door in our bathroom. The work was done on time and Derek communicated what was happening throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

Of all the kitchen and bathroom remodelers my wife and I checked out Holtzman Remodeling/Home Improvement had by far the best designs and most upfront prices and warranty. If my wife's mother comes to live with us we will be calling back for a senior or handicap bathroom, thanks again Holtzman Home Improvement.

We had an AAAAA++++ experience with Todd Whittaker Drywall (TWD)!! It was a pleasure working with them.

Our project consisted of installing some additional built-in cabinets along the exterior wall of our dining room, which is located adjacent to our kitchen. The new cabinets and granite countertop were a perfect match to the existing (adjacent) kitchen cabinets/countertop and look as though they have been there forever.

There was a seamless coordination with the various tradesmen that it took to complete our project. The workers showed up right at the scheduled appointment time; paid close attention to detail; were very polite and pleasant; and left the project area as clean or cleaner than when they arrived.

We would highly recommend TWD to anyone needing and/or looking for a GREAT company to work on their project. If we ever decide to remodel any portion of our home again, we would not hesitate to call TWD.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. They did a great job on our house remodel. New floors, paint, kitchen blacksplash and room conversion. Very happy. They cleaned up well too. Worked with Nelson.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! This company couldn't even get me quote! I called them multiple times after the gentleman came and looked at my master bathroom. Even though they said they would have the owner call me, he never did! How could I ever trust a company that can't even get you a quote after 3 weeks! Excuse after excuse....onto a more reliable company
