Allure Bath & Kitchen remodeled both of the bathrooms in our vacation home. John was extremely easy to work with. We trusted them to come in and out of our home while we were not present. The bathrooms exceeded our expectations and are spectacular. Everything we agreed to was completed in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely have them back again

We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!

Ross recently remodeled our shower. They did an excellent job. Project was done quickly and right on schedule. Ross was also very easy to communicate with before/during the remodel. Happy with the end project! Would highly recommend!

Mike came to my home and we discussed the making of my Master bathroom. He attentively listened to my needs + wants, while also executing a design plan that I envisioned. His team is courteous, professional and punctual. I appreciated their neatness and overall workmanship. I am highly pleased with the final result, their craftsmanship is truly unbeatable!

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. ABA remodeled my home - kitchen, baths, new flooring, raised kitchen ceiling, rerouted HVAC, new windows and doors plus more. It has been transformed into a tranquil and beautiful space! Joe's attention to detail such as tile baseboards in the bathroom, granite window sill in the kitchen, and tiling the complete area before installing cabinets and closet doors are some of the small details that make this home stand out. Several people have commented that my home feels very open and peaceful and it's only 1200 square feet! I can't decide which is my favorite - my zero threshold shower or the large wall of windows in the living room. Joe kept me informed of next steps and when the unexpected happened, his crew was ready with a solution. The demo/tile crew impressed me so much! He always used his level as he laid the floor out in a herringbone pattern. Check out the before and after pics! They speak for themselves.

Retro Pro remodeled two bathrooms and two office areas in our house recently. The professionalism of this company is top notch. Eric and Steve came out to our house and pulled together a very good bid for these areas. They suggested some ideas based on their experience and put zero pressure on us. They truly listened to what we wanted and made valuable suggestions. At the showroom, Eric and Steve were joined by Angela who helped us with design ideas. These three truly understood what we were looking for and they could only have done that by being attentive to our desires.

When it came to the actual work, Nestor and his crew were outstanding. Their work was carefully done and they took whatever time was needed to make sure the work was done right. They went above and beyond to make sure the site stayed clean and always minimized dust. Nestor was great about answering our questions, and he always double-checked with us on any parts of the job he wasn't 100% sure about.

All-in-all, it was a great experience to work with Retro Pro. Most remodels are full of headaches and cost overruns, but NOT this one. Every individual from Retro Pro was friendly, kind and very professional.
