We had this company come out and give our kitchen a facelift (new sink, countertops and backsplash). While we didn't have a huge project we were very impressed with this company. They were easy to communicate with and always on time. The workers who came into our home were polite. We worked with their designer, Jason and he was great. Throughout the whole process we always knew what was coming and what was expected of us. Looking forward to working with them in the future for the our bathrooms.

Called into get some information, that was a mistake spoke with steve must just woke up.
I let him know that I found this company on the web and seemed a bit lost. I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . Okay I will call a company that is interested in business . Great job steve

As a single Mom on a tight budget I looked into several options for our bathroom remodel and found everything I needed with Holtzman's Home Improvement. I love that it is a family owned, family operated business. Brandon was excellent in communication throughout the entire process. He was patient with all my questions and if there was a concern, he was prompt to put any worries to rest. They were prompt, dependable and professional. They were very reasonably priced, and our finished bath turned out beyond anything that I could have imagined. Todd Whittaker Drywall Inc. recently finished a project on our home. We had drywall, trim carpentry,and painting performed. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. The craftsmen are professionals. The Superintendent made sure the project was completed at proposed timeframe. We are very pleased with how everything looks. Thank you.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Dishonest, estimates and final costs changed several times, plan on no changes or owner gets uptight and upset . Customer is on owners schedule when he wants to do your order and installs. Wants a large amount of money upfront (70%). Cashes customers checks BEFORE ordering cabinets (took months to place our order). Customer had to reschedule other workers due to Trinity’s delays. Cabinets installed but never adjusted. No customer satisfaction phone calls to ensure customer is happy. Highly recommend using another more professional business with higher ethics. Very torturous working with Trinity! We recommended 4 other neighbors to a more reputable company for remodel.

They never called me back. They replaced 2 of my windows previously and did a great job. Which is why I called them to replace 2 more windows

Veny and all of the tradesmen were terrific! Veny takes time to listen to your project goals and consider options, often offering alternate, cost saving options. AZ Granite has my highest recommendation. You won’t be disappointed!

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

From the first meeting with Brian to the end of my remodel I had excellent customer service. Jerry, Debbie, Jeremy, Ritchie, and Scott are a great team. I remodeled my laundry room, powder room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, and hallway and I LOVE it! So much fun working with Debbie and picking out flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. Jerry was the Supervisor and always kept me updated on what to expect when. My tub was resurfaced by Miracle Method in Glendale with a 5 year warranty. It is now chipping off, and when I called to have this office in Tempe to have it fixed, I was told the person in Glendale retired and now my warranty is no good.

I am a not just a fan or Dion and the professionalism of his team-- I am a raving fan. We have had multiple issues with other contractors for home repairs that just weren't done properly. My house had stucco work that had been damaged by moisture and rain, ceiling work and painting from wear and tear, and interior painting and drywall work. Dion's crew genuinely cared about how clean our house needed to be, the procedures they needed to follow, the quality of service, post-repair clean up and the time frame our project needed to be completed. I would certainly hire Dion and his team as our GC in heartbeat for our home improvement needs.

Have lived in north central for the past 20 years, I had heard about the steller reputation of Kirk Development. Had a kitchen and master bath remodel from Kirk and we couldn't be more happy. The entire process went very smoothly. They came up with innovative designs at a very fair and reasonable price. The workers were very respectful and took extreme care to keep things neat, clean and orderly.
With mom visititing often, Kirk also outfitted the home with senior citizen upgrades with wider doorways etc. Was impressed the Kirk was one of the few contractors in the area who was specifically certified in these senior upgrades.
