My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

They were outstanding start to finish. I got multiple quotes and their price was very fair. I immediately trusted them. They communicate very well and did throughout the whole process. They are detail oriented which is important during a kitchen remodel. They got all our work done within the expected timeline. Some companies in this space look to take advantage of home owners but not Phoenix Home Remodeling. They are the best and we will use them again.

I had these guy stucco the entire exterior of my house. They were extremely professional and thorough from the initial quote, to the final payment and completion of the job. They were on time or ahead of schedule every step of the way and they did an exceptional job. My house looks brand new. I couldn’t be happier and recommend them anyone who needs quality work done on their home.

I normally do not do reviews or recommendations companies unless I REALLY like them, or I REALLY had a terrible experience with them and I want to tell people to stay away!! This one is because I absolutely trust Holtzman and would recommend them to ANYONE looking to remodel their home!! This will be my 3rd major project that I have used Holtzman for. I started using them back in 2008 when Brandon and his crew built my daughters bedroom for her and did other remodeling projects around our house. The bedroom was of course beautiful complete with a walk in closet, custom built in shelving and chair rail in the room. She was so happy! It was beautiful and it was a great addition to the house! I then used them when we decided to buy a rental property and make some changes to update the house before putting it on the market for renters. Things like updating the flooring, countertops and bathrooms. Once again, they did not disappoint! Everything was beautiful and we had renters in no time at all! This time was no different! We decided to buy another property to rent but we were on a strict time schedule! I flew in from out of town, called Judy and told her my situation and that afternoon I was meeting with Paul! By the next day I had a quote and a plan and everything was good!
Yes, there have been delays but that is to be expected. But I will also say, Brandon himself went and did a walk through before things started and found mold and water damage. Had he not done that we would have never known. Some contractors could have just let it go and just covered it up! But of course Brandon let us know and the project had to stop while that was taken care of properly. It just shows Holtzman does care about what they are doing and that they take the time to do it right. I would rather have some delays then have people rushing to get things done and it not be done right.
Yes, I think they are a little higher priced. But I also believe you get what you pay for. I think their communication is great, Brandon always gets back to me. Holtzman has treated us like family since 2008, and they continue to do so through this crazy condo remodel of mine today! So thank you to Brandon and his entire Holtzman team!

After meeting with numerous kitchen design companies, we choose to work with Paul and Neoteric Builders. Paul presented us with not only the most cost efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us.

When we were initially looking for a kitchen designer we thought we wanted someone with a showroom and who would act as a project manager. However, we quickly learned that neither a showroom nor project manager was necessary. Paul met with us at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with us more if we had asked him to). Paul was also always willing to give us his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide us as needed.

Our contractor Dan was awesome! Very professional and delivered on all of his commitments! Dan let us know that he works with Anthony with Trinity and sent us to his location to pick everything out. Anthony and his staff were very friendly and helpful as this is our first remodel and had no idea what we were doing. We are so thankful for the help and communication! We now have a beautiful kitchen!! Thank you!

Fantastic attention to detail, considerate of budget and timing, quality work and contractors, regular project manager on site. Family owned, honesty and integrity are evident. Our remodel has gone amazingly smooth both with the budget and our timing. We recently purchased a home in Peoria that was in need of updated finishes, paint and flooring. Being from out of state, we did not know who to contact. We were very lucky to receive a referral to Veny, and his business, AZ Granite and Remodeling. We had interviewed other contractors who did not seem interested in taking on the project. We found Veny to be quite different. He was eager to listen to our vision for the project, and he offered reasonable suggestions to save time and money. It was quite obvious that he knew what he was doing, and he gave us a written quote, which was very reasonable, after our first meeting. HIs crew took out the old worn floor tile, then replaced it with new tile. The entire indoors of the house was freshly painted. A kitchen island was constructed and new quartz countertops were installed throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with the results, the timetable for completion, and the price we paid. We highly recommend AZ Granite and Remodeling.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Jose’ Granda and Graco Home remodeling. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done efficiently and to our liking. I personally have never had a better customer service experience. Rarely would I ever rate anything a 10, but this was just that. I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. All the workers were on time and very respectful, and they didn’t mind me asking questions! I’ve already recommended Ellie and Ivan to all my family and neighbors, they are amazing!

Attention to detail, arriving on time, ready for work, honest, fair pricing and really great people to be around. Our experience with these guys was great and we feel like we made new friends too. Everything turned out beautiful. We definitely would recommend and use the company again. They are knowledgeable clean up after themselves. My tile shower, floors, backsplash, fireplace all look awesome! We are glad to answer questions and tell you from some really bad experiences in the past these guys are the real deal. I am so thankful we met and hired them. You won't regret going with this company!

We are now going on 6 months trying to remodel 800 square feet of existing space and extend garage out. Designer was inept. Multiple things that should have been in initial design weren't (ie: lighting design and reasonable electrical layout, etc). Now these are change order over runs that caost time and extra money. Have had to have multiple fights to have things done right and over simple corrections multiple times. Currently waiting for electrical to be completed finishing 4th week (800sqft totally open!). They are now the joke of the neighborhood. Superintendent no longer would speak to us over the phone or in person, would only text message because he didn't like complaints about the work. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Plainly they don't really care.
