Steve did an awesome job remodeling three full bathrooms, a laundry room, and storage area. He was very good about communicating with as far as arrivals, expected outcomes for each day, etc. He was meticulous with his work, and it showed. We are VERY pleased with the job he did for us! His part time assistant, Marcus, was a machine doing much of the heavy work. He also helped with numerous other duties ... well on the path for his own greatness. He was fortunate to be able to work under Steve, learning from a master. We so appreciate all the support that we had. Thank you!

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. Rob Hardee and the Holtzman team did a great job on replacing our flooring. We originally had carpet and tile in our house and wanted to convert over to all tile. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!
Rob was very responsive and helped us through the process from start to finish. There design team was also great to work with and had a wide selection to choose from.
I would highly recommend the Holtzman team for any home improvement project you might have.

Re-bath did an amazing job with our new shower and tub. We had a remodel 9 years ago from another contractor and unfortunately it didn't last. Re-bath has a lifetime warranty, service is amazing and everyone who steps foot in your door holds themselves accountable for their work. Curtis was absolutely the best. Had a very good experience with Legacy. Did what they promised to deliver in the time they estimated. There were a few unknowns to deal with along the way but these people are problem solvers and they figure out options. New extension and master bath, new office/bedroom and new guest bath. Particularly like the the attention to dust control throughout the project as we lived through it in the house. Nice work from the main crew, Ritchie, Jacob, Jeremy and Floyd. Very happy with it. I'd use them again.

We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.

Outstanding job by Mason, very professional and cares about your property. Very dedicated to his work. Superior attitude and knows what he is doing, excellent communicator. Very neat and leaves the job in a highly superior condition, we did not have any clean up since day one till job was done on Monday. Hope he got holiday pay for Monday, was honored he came on Monday to finish the job, what an amazing job he did for us and your company. They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

Our experience was not good. Our installer constantly complained about his employer. He lost parts of our baseboard. Left out set screws. Put a tp dispenser in a position that doesn’t allow us to open our drawer. It really wasn’t a good experience and we don’t ever want them in our house again.oh yeah, he constantly hinted for a big tip when he finished.

For example, we have greatly benefitted from Stephen Yeoman's architectural expertise and practical knowledge as to how all the pieces go together and understanding our family's use of the space. He has allowed us to explore lots of various ideas, including some crazy ones, while always mindful of the practical effects of our choices and the budget. The interior design team, led by Kathy Molnar, has equally been fantastic, guiding us through the myriad of choices of cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc. She definitely helped us match the colors and materials with our existing home, personalities and the way we will use the space. There are a lot of moving pieces in a large kitchen remodel, and Republic West has assembled a one-stop shop that has helped us from the early conceptual ideas, to architectural design, to permitting and construction. This is the fourth time we have used Urban Element. Quentin and team are beyond excellent. His quotes are well priced, comprehensive, and leave little room for surprises. His timeline is typically spot on. On our most recent project, we remodeled two of our bathrooms. We were living in the house during the project. His team was courteous, respectful, and extremely clean. Their work was fantastic and I am extremely happy with the final product.
