I want to caveat this one-star review by saying I am still hoping that Holzman does the right thing and returns our full deposit. When that happens I will gladly increase this rating.

There are a lot of good things about Holtzman and my wife and my experience with them started out very well. We chose Holtzman to remodel our bathroom due to the positive reviews they received on Yelp and Google. We received excellent service from our superintendent and, after choosing a layout and materials, we submitted our deposit so that work could get started. A tentative start date was set about two months out and we were told we’d be contacted soon with more info on the timeframe. A week went by. Then two. Then three. I emailed our superintendent multiple times with no response. I finally tracked down his cell number only to learn that he had quit the company and been told not to contact any of the people he’d been working with. We were concerned about the lack of communication at this point but decided to keep going. Our old superintendent gave us the contact info for someone at Holtzman who would reschedule us and get us a new superintendent. We were rescheduled but we wanted to ask our new superintendent about some details. So we were given his information and we emailed him. No reply. So we called him. No reply. After a month we had not had any communication with this superintendent. Then Holtzman randomly had someone come over to measure for the cabinets, though this had already been done and the guy who was doing it said that “this isn’t really my job”. Finally, we had someone knock on our door at 7am unscheduled and unannounced saying he was there to do the framing. We were all very confused as we still hadn’t spoken to the superintendent and no work had been scheduled. At this point, we lost confidence in the process. We had been left in the dark after the superintendent we liked left. The new one assigned to us was completely non-communicative. And now we had random trades coming over for no reason.

I told Holtzman that we did not want to proceed with them and would like our deposit back. They responded by saying they were going to keep $2,000 of it for salaries and work that had been completed. This confused me to say the least, since all they had done since we put the deposit down was ghost us and send random people to our house. We asked for a breakout of these expenses, which they never provided.

We had every intention of proceeding with Holtzman until the process broke down. We have not received $2,000 of value. No work was done. To the contrary, it has caused considerable wasted time and worry.

I respectfully ask Holtzman to refund our whole deposit so that I can update this review to confirm that you are a fair company who cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Their work was completed on time. They used real craftsmen. I'm very picky and these people did a perfect job. I couldn't be more satisfied. Buy the way what they did for us wasn't just some run of the mill job.

Couldn't be happier with our Walk In Shower. Top notch service, top notch design and professionalism. From Brian, David, Stephanie, & Jeff (who always made sure it was done right and on time!) and crew! Highthe rest of the crew! Highly recommend Maxum Design. If you are looking into a remodel - make sure you have them take a look - you won't be disappointed! We will be using Maxum Design/Construction for our future remodels!

We recently had a new shower installed. Everything was as designed, on time and efficient. Special shout-out to Martino! He did the work and was courteous and very hard working, a one man crew. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

I am in the middle of my job with Legacy so I will update this review as my project progresses. So far, it has been a wonderful experience. My wife and I are wanting a new look for our kitchen and aren't too knowledgeable about remodeling in general. No worries, Legacy has held our hands through the planning and design process, ensuring we get exactly the look we want. I'm sure the rest of the project will be just as pleasant.

On time & professional installation.

From the quote to the completion of the work, was a fantastic experience! Rob, Joe and demo crew (Jesus), tile layer (didn't get his name) and installer(Chris) all were outstanding! Our 1980's master bath is now our own spa retreat and as promised completed before the Thanksgiving Holiday. Will highly recommend this company.

Great Company!

I had a wonderful experience with Dream Bath. They installed a beautiful walk-in tub, in my Mothers home. From the start, they listened intently and were extremely professional and timely in their services. They walked me through any and all of the kinks and details of the remodel, and were detailed and patient with any answers to questions I had. Their estimate was right on and the time frame they gave me was honest and actually faster than I had thought this kind of remodel would take.. I have no complaints or reservations at all. I highly recommend Dream Bath for remodel or handywork needs without a doubt.

Brian and his team did a major remodel of my family room. He redesigned my fireplace and built a bookcase around it. His whole team was great and always respectful. Brian kept me updated all throughout the project and the end result was phenomenal. I will definitely will use him again.

They did an amazing kitchen for me I highly recommend them and Next they’re doing my bathrooms.

The crew worked diligently and completed the 3 bathroom remodels a day early. Very pleased with the new look and craftsmanship quality.

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.

Just got finish. Way ahead of schedule to our surprise. Our Kitchen reface job and beautiful new granite counter tops, just breath taking.
Republic West representative suggested that we did not need new cabinets, and ended up refacing. He suggested that the boxes were in great shape and why spend the extra money. Hew was right.
With refacing they look brand new. We couldn't be happier with Republic West Home start to finish experience.
