Just being honest...Staff walked out in the middle of our project. Our counter tops were lost, but after our own phone calls they were found. The cabinets are terrible construction. Measurements taken wrong leaving under floor exposed & used ugly trim to cover it. Ceiling raised & so uneven special trim had to be made. Wrong color cabinets installed. I was told its all in the lighting & that I signed off on the color which I did sign, but in planning we picked a color & told them that we absolutely did not want the color installed. Project took almost 1 year (11 months.) There were days that workers did not show up. We had to call to find out why. We were told many times, so & so would be here & after waiting all day, it would be another no show. We are just happy this is done. My husband will fix the small thing that need to be fixed.

For example, we have greatly benefitted from Stephen Yeoman's architectural expertise and practical knowledge as to how all the pieces go together and understanding our family's use of the space. He has allowed us to explore lots of various ideas, including some crazy ones, while always mindful of the practical effects of our choices and the budget. The interior design team, led by Kathy Molnar, has equally been fantastic, guiding us through the myriad of choices of cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc. She definitely helped us match the colors and materials with our existing home, personalities and the way we will use the space. We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Completed the project beautifully in two days, great clean up and was in communication the whole time. We had really bad experience with a contractor before we met Leonel. First impression was everything with him. He was knowledgeable, thorough, well spoken, and overall he understood our situation very well and knew what we had gone through. We knew right away he was our guy. He was very compassionate and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was very accommodating and he did things for us that he didn't have to but he understood us. We hired him a week later for remodeling our entire bathroom. His guys were fast, knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. We ran into an issue with the placement of our bath tub and the guys were quick to come up with a solution and got the job done. As a result we couldn't be happier the way our bathroom looks and functions. We had a vision what it would look like and Leonel delivered us just that. And it took them only about 2 weeks. We are very happy with the our remodeled bathroom. Based on this experience we are going to use XLT Construction and Leonel for every remodeling job. The quality of job they did and the finishes are amazing. Everyone that has seen our bathroom loves the work. Leonel is a man we can trust. He restored our faith on contractors again. My wife and I met with Sandra, Bri, and the whole team recently and had an amazing experience!! We’re building a custom home in Scottsdale (our first) and the design process became quite overwhelming until we discovered the magic of the Design Lab. From our first email and phone call I could tell that they were true professionals with a keen eye for our modern farmhouse aesthetic. We set up a 2-hour appointment at the Lab and met with the whole team who carefully and thoughtfully laid out each room all the way down to the cabinets, flooring, lighting, hardware, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. The designs were fresh, unique, and exciting and totally exceeded our high expectations. To be able to check all the boxes at a single location in just a couple hours is incredibly valuable and unusual. We would’ve spent countless hours for each product selection and had “too many cooks in the kitchen” blending their thoughts about style and selections. The design lab provides a one-stop shop with talented designers and an unmatched cohesiveness. Their dedication and communication to finish off the project since the meeting has been impressive especially during this pandemic. When we decided to do a remodel of our kitchen and downstairs floors, one of the first places we went was Superior Stone and Cabinet where we met Daniel. He was extremely patient, listened to what we were looking for and came up with a design to what we described. However, we changed our minds as to what we wanted, and he modified the design, and helped us see the kitchen and came up with our dream kitchen. He was efficient in getting us quotes for all pieces and broke everything down for us. We went to a number of other places, but in the end, we went back to Superior Stone strictly because of Daniel. Over the next few months we agonized over our cabinets, counter top and flooring. Throughout the entire process, Daniel maintained his patience, and he even special ordered a cabinet sample for us so we could truly see the color. After meeting us at our 3rd countertop warehouse with him, we finally found the combination that we fell in love with. We ordered everything and you'd think it would have ended there. No, Daniel went above and beyond with the scheduling and coordinating of all the contractors, and when they were all done, it was amazing. Again, you'd think it ended there? No. One of the cabinet doors was damaged in transport, he ordered a new one, and within a week of the project being done, the new door was in and he himself replaced it for us.

We are so happy with what he did, we are building a bar area and are having Daniel design it for us. Without a doubt, if you are looking for someone to help you do everything with a kitchen remodel, Daniel is without a doubt the person to go with.

Total disappointment. Honestly never dealt with a sketchy business such as this. Took days off, waited months & hours, got prepared & well rested for today's appointment only to find out my counters & backsplash weren't even cut yet. And finding out that alone took hours (& I had to call). Literally sick to my stomach about it. Had to cancel the backsplash since they are unaware when it'll be cut. It was supposed to be cut by today! Not one phone call about these sketchy delays before today. I honestly don't even want these counters.

I highly recommend Granite Transformations for your kitchen & bath remodel! I tried to upload a photo but my Mac has a mind of it's own... This is a great place to work with. I went in and spent an hour with the 2 women in the sales room. Selena was always pleasant and helpful when I called. Actually everyone was. Also when the sales rep came in she spent some time with me helping me. When she came to the house, Leah was pleasant and helpful! BUT, when the installers WES & MANNY came, they were perfect! Really professional and competent.
