Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. Phx home remodeling demoed my outdated bathroom and made my dream bathroom a reality. From the first meeting I felt confident that they would do good work. Their whole remodeling process is so streamlined and stress free. And while they may be pricier than other companies, the lack of stress I had through the remodel is absolutely worth it. They communicate quickly and punctually, which is not something I had experienced with other places. The people working on my bathroom were always on time, professional, and courteous. They post progress pictures through the process so even if you can’t physically get in the space to see, you know that work is being done. I would use this company again for my kitchen when it is time.

This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

They were always on time and got done that day what they said they would do. We had a very good tech. He always cleaned up and he was very precise on his work. He needed some help with the shower pan since it weighed about 300 lbs and when he installed the shower wall panels that were 8’ x 4’.The tech was very professional and he had great work ethics.

They were great to work with starting with Audra in sales, Paul job super, Jay from office to each worker. Communications were great and we are in love with the finish product. Two bathroom remodels.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

They installed a barn door and added framework to allow the door to hang. Very happy with the results and we’re fantastic to work with!

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

Our project was taking out our garden tub and shower in our master bath and putting in a walk in shower. It ended up taking a week longer than expected because of our glass installation, but the end result was fantastic. Marjeanne and Skylar oversaw the entire installation, making sure that things were done correctly. The crews that were hired on: tilers, plumbers, and glass installers were all professional. Everyone cleaned up their areas to the point that you couldn't tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen because they do excellent work.

We are very happy with Stellar and Jeff in completing our kitchen cabinet reno. It was clear in our first meeting with him that he had the technical, installation and design experience that were were unable to find after getting bids from over 7 companies.
