My husband and I enjoyed our experience with Premium Cabinets. After going to multiple locations, we knew as soon as we met Justin that we wanted to go with him. He obviously enjoys what he does and works hard at it. My husband and I were also in the unique position that we were getting a kitchen remodel sooner than expected due to an issue that was not disclosed to us on closing on our first home. We had not long moved back to Phoenix and it was all quite stressful; however, Justin had the right mix of enthusiasm, professionalism, yet down to earth and frank demeanor that we needed at that time to make the remodel an exciting prospect that was doable and rewarding.

The work itself was great. Justin maintained good communiation and always responded in a timely manner. We also went with his recommendation for the countertop installation and never looked back with regret. His colleague, Johnny, is fabulous and he ended up doing our floors, backsplash, and fireplace. The work was all quality and completed with care. Justin and Johnny are a solid and knowleagable team. We love our kitchen and would definitely work with Justin again.

Randy Smith (store mgr) at the Tatum and Thunderbird location worked with my wife and I to replace all our cabinets, counters and sinks recently while doing a full home remodel. Diamond Kitchen and Bath along with Randy and all their installers were great. Excellent quality work, attention to detail and they were all clear that our happiness was their top priority. Paid $1000 deposit, but never ordered cabinets due to family tragedy. Requested refund minus time spent on measuring and inputting dimensions in their CAD system. PWC owner refused and completely stopped contacting me back. Owner states that deposits are non-refundable. Beware.

We had New Age do cabinets and counter tops for both our kitchen and master bathroom during a recent remodel. The service they provided was first class from start to finish. The installers were on time and very courteous. They put in a lot of effort to make everything perfect. Victor really knows his stuff and helped us a lot with layout and design. The support team in admin are great. They were very responsive with any questions or concerns. Great people, great work and great prices. Highly recommended !

Was working with her product on a job where the contractor purchased flat pack boxes from them, we ran out of Staples on site was trying to call them to find out what staples sizes They use. After being hung up twice a and then finally a third time I called back asking to just please give me the size of the staple cause I needed more to be able to complete this installation.

They kept me on hold for 45 minutes didn’t answer. My question hung up on me three times and finally told me to have the main contractor called him back because they did not want to give me the standard size installation, staple that they use. Terribly unprofessional company will never recommend them cannot recommend them.

I would use CFA or HCI for your cabinet needs. Far more professional, and less troublesome installation as well as customer service.

What can I say im speechless,you did an amazing job on my kitchen, good price, excellent quality and the best customer service that I could have, thanks Lucas and Daniel for everything

Eric was a fantastic person to work with. He walked us through all the steps and was very knowledgeable about the product. We valued his input and are so happy with the results in our new home. He was able to advise on all areas of our renovations and we will recommend him to anyone in the future!

I have been very pleased so far. I called for an estimate and they scheduled me two day out. When it was 4 minutes past our scheduled time he text to let me know he was 5 minutes out. He took measurements and pictures and addressed all my concerns. I got a written bid the very next day. He was also very honest when ask how far out my project would be and how long it would take start to finish. So far very pleased.
