What a fantastic bathroom reno experience. From my first call to request a quote to the last handshake after the job was completed, this was a painless process. This was a weeklong project that ran into a complication here and there, but John always had a solution. Michael did a great job working alongside his crew mates while managing the job on site. Roberto's tile work was masterful, bordering on a work of art, truly beautiful craftsmanship. Chotto did a fantastic job with installing the new windows and re-routing the electrical work. Shane's precision painting was impeccable and his attention to detail was impressive. I can not say enough good things about this experience and have already recommended Allure to my boss. John's estimate matched his invoice, which was a little surprising since we had to make some adjustments along the way. You won't go wrong hiring Allure for our next bathroom project.

We had our bathroom remodeling done 2 weeks ago and it exceeded our expectations. Everything form the designing to the finished product was so easy. They kept us updated the entire time on our materials and scheduled our remodel as quickly as possible. Jared and Francis did such a beautiful job and worked incredibly hard on our project. It was large project and they were always on time, so polite, and continued to ask me questions making sure it was everything I wanted. I can not think of one thing I would change!

Homework Remodels remodeled our kitchen, backyard, patio, and two bathrooms. They restored our second-story balcony when its floor leaked. Their work was excellent. Steve Shinn designed the kitchen and the patio. We have been completely satisfied.

Mike himself was very detail oriented in the work that was done and made sure the quality was top notch.

One example, as part of our renovation we installed a wall mounted fireplace. We had it installed and it looked fine.
Mike came to check it out and he was like NO i don't like the cable visible to the viewer, so he had custom cover made, painted and installed.
Which made it look super clean.
The over all experience of going with the Crafted for the home renovation was amazing and no stress.

Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

We had two complete bathrooms remodeled. Our salesperson Jack was courteous and very helpful with design, layout, and product choices. He was knowledgeable and made suggestions without being pushy. He made us very comfortable with the initial process and stayed in touch from beginning to end. Our Technician, Steve, was amazing. He was there on time every morning, and worked non-stop, with nothing but the utmost professionalism for the entire project. He made the whole process seem easy even though we know it wasn't. The man was truly awesome. Steve was pleasant and had a positive outlook regardless of the labor intensive nature of the work and kept us informed throughout. We used Sunset Tile & Bath for our master bathroom and now we are having them do our kitchen. They are wonderful to work with....professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They spent quality time with us to make our design decisions and then the construction process for our bathroom was carried out with the same level of service and completed on time. My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

Maxum is the best. We couldn’t be more pleased with our bathrooms. From the initial contact with John and Taylor, when they came to our house to take measurements, to the final inspection, they were professionals with a personal touch. Within two or three days, a design for the master bath was sent to us for review. The plan was excellent and fit our space perfectly. After a visit to the show room for a detailed discussion, we decided to have both bathrooms remodeled simultaneously. The two professionals who worked on the project, Ricardo and Jose, were extremely skilled and talented. There were no delays, no glitches, everything went smoothly and attention to detail was always in the forefront. The custom-made vanities, cabinets and tiling are exceptional. The most important aspect was the communication between Maxum and us. Everything was open and honest and Maxum delivered. We could not recommend them more for a remodel and will no doubt use them again in the future.
