Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

Considering any remodel is a daunting process, Holtzman Home Improvements helped make the process as smooth as possible. Clear expectations were set up front and proactive planning helped us prepare. There are many many moving parts in a remodel or any home improvement, then throw skyrocketing material cost, labor shortages and covid on top of this process its makes my head spin. Holtzman home improvement helped manage this process in life and in mind. The result was great... Just like most good things in this world, you get what you pay for! Holtzman Home Improvements boasts this in there home improvement work!

Tony Chayrez was the foreman on our project. He was awesome to deal with. Always returned messages in a timely manor and always was pleasant to talk to. Also, a shout out to Dmitriy Agarkov. He was our design man and made many suggestions that we followed and turned our project into a beautiful masterpiece. We couldn't be more leased with our home remodel.

I am in the middle of my job with Legacy so I will update this review as my project progresses. So far, it has been a wonderful experience. My wife and I are wanting a new look for our kitchen and aren't too knowledgeable about remodeling in general. No worries, Legacy has held our hands through the planning and design process, ensuring we get exactly the look we want. I'm sure the rest of the project will be just as pleasant.

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

I've used this service for years. Our current craftsman, Ron Sparks, is someone on whom we can always rely to do quality work for the many projects that he's completed around our 47-year-old house. While many repairs and upgrades are still needed, we're confident that Ron's expertise will resolve our issues in a timely and professional manner -- working with Ron and Handyman Connections' craftsmen has eliminated a lot of stress that we've experienced with other companies. Ron is licensed and bonded in just about everything that we could need, so we're very confident in both his knowledge and his demonstrated skills. One final note is that Handyman Connection is very conscientious about sending out only experienced people as we noticed early-on before we became acquainted with Ron; even so, he's the best as far we're concerned. It's no wonder that even during the COVID crisis in 2020, Handyman Connection was still high in demand because of the value and quality to which their company is dedicated. We worked with Lux in 2018 and had a horrible experience with our bathroom renovation. We found them to be arrogant and pushy, without the expertise to help our project turn out well. They used a sealant on the marble floor that turned the marble darker, and mixed up the grout color on the floor/wall. It seemed like they were more concerned with getting our project done quickly than anything else. While I appreciated the organized, assembly-line approach from an efficiency perspective, it was not the type of remodeling service we were expecting and we did not like the way the project was turning out. We lost 15K when it was all said and done, and then had to start the whole project over with another contractor! It seems as if some of the team has changed since that time, but my husband and I would definitely not recommend!!

Retro Pro remodeled two bathrooms and two office areas in our house recently. The professionalism of this company is top notch. Eric and Steve came out to our house and pulled together a very good bid for these areas. They suggested some ideas based on their experience and put zero pressure on us. They truly listened to what we wanted and made valuable suggestions. At the showroom, Eric and Steve were joined by Angela who helped us with design ideas. These three truly understood what we were looking for and they could only have done that by being attentive to our desires.

When it came to the actual work, Nestor and his crew were outstanding. Their work was carefully done and they took whatever time was needed to make sure the work was done right. They went above and beyond to make sure the site stayed clean and always minimized dust. Nestor was great about answering our questions, and he always double-checked with us on any parts of the job he wasn't 100% sure about.

All-in-all, it was a great experience to work with Retro Pro. Most remodels are full of headaches and cost overruns, but NOT this one. Every individual from Retro Pro was friendly, kind and very professional.

Project Construction is an amazing company! Robert took the time to understand my renovation goals and my budget before we started the project. His team was always responsive to my needs and the project was completed on time.

I highly recommend Project Construction for any size project. It will be done with the utmost care.

Very friendly and professional. Prices appear to be competitive and they have the most popular styles. Haven't made our choice yet but plan to go back and get more details quotes soon.

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
