My wife and I really love our new Master bathroom. The craftsman ship was excellent and it turned out exactly how we wanted. The team worked very clean making sure to not leave trash or debris. I really appreciated the high and constant level of communication. We knew who was going to be at the house, when they would arrive, and what was going to be accomplished that day. Overall the best experience with a contractor!!

We just bought a new home that had only a bath/shower in the matster bedroom. We called Re-bath to come out and give us a quote. JR was great and made the decisions easy. Aaron Torres and Sammy came out to complete the project and I must say they were awesome. Not only did they do an awesome job on the install, they were friendly and walked us through the entire process and cleaned my house at they end and everything was perfect. Was quite surprised when Greg showed up at door, and giving me a quote for a ŵalk in rub that I could not pass up. He started right away and his employees were very knowledgeable. I would recommend him as my wife and I were very happy..I had a small problem with the pests under the old tub in bathroom and he came out and took care of it.He is a good man and nice to due ɓussñess with!

I put in that I was looking for windows and was called within the first hour. Very professional crew. I had been quoted out a few places and decided to go with them over a Home Depot and Lowe's since they are local. They were up front about the lead time and stayed in contact with me every time there was an update on my order.

I worked with Jeff and he was very knowledgeable and honest. I would absolutely recommend going with Optum. The Windows came with a warranty (that I hope I never have to use).

Samuel took out bathtubs in downstairs and upstairs bathrooms and replaced with huge showers. He did the job professionally and on time. Samuel never took a break and was on time and worked late to get the job completed above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Samuel.

Home Concepts provided a great technician to install a new shower floor, walls, and water fixtures with handicap features for my mother-in-law. The job was expertly completed with careful consideration given to movements my disabled mother-in-law would have to make getting into and out of the shower. Great Job!

I worked with Joe Metry from beginning to end. He was very helpful with design ideas and started the job on time. The products are beautiful, the work is great and I am pleased with the outcome. The job took longer than expected but I feel it was mostly due to having difficulty getting the supplies needed. Joe was always responsive to my inquiries and I would use them again.

Retro Pro did a phenomenal job with our Master Bath and we would use them again for future remodeling and/or recommendations. My husband and I met with Eric and Angela last year to discuss remodeling our very tiny master bath. We wanted to incorporate part of the closet to make room for a tub while also redesign the bathroom to feel more spacious. They were very interested in our ideas while also being up-front with what would work within the space available.

Eric and Angela were patient on deliberating with us. And, after closing in on a final plan we quickly chose our finishes with Angela's help. We had met at our place to take measurements and Angela had gathered information on our tastes for colors, cabinets, countertops etc. She was ready when we came to their shop with options that would fit our style. Because we travel, the work would be done while we were out of town. This worked great for us and everything was done without a hitch. Eric's attention to detail and the ability to articulate the information via texts and phone made communication easy. Additionally, Steve, the production manager and Nestor the project manager were in communication daily with comments and pictures via text. So, we always knew what was happening. The finished product was better than we could have imagined.

The work was professionally done.  The entire process started late, but was done in one week.  They took proper care to clean up all construction mess.  The workers were dedicated to detail and completing tasks in a timely fashion.  This experience was much better then our last contractor.  Will highly recommend Austin  and his team.thanks

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.
