This review is overdue. Early one Saturday morning I received a text that a glass door in a building I manage had been smashed overnight. The company I normally work with(no longer!) was not answering their 24 hr emergency number so I started looking for nearby options. Sunny State came up in Google maps with lots of good reviews. I reached Dwayne and he apologized that he had family plans and wouldn't be able to make it till about 3pm. Considering it was about 10 am at this time I thought that was very reasonable. He called when he was on the way, got the place boarded up quickly and gave me a quote for glass replacement once it could be ordered. The price was very reasonable for the board up and the replacement. A very nice woman in the office contacted me Monday morning with a written proposal and a schedule. They followed through on everything they said they would do and stuck to the schedule communicating along the way with more specifics about time once the ordered glass had arrived. All in all, excellent service and, really nice people, good price, communicative and on time. What else can you ask for?

Cody was exactly on time, very professional, maintained social distancing. He quickly and efficiently installed the windshield, and left my car super clean. We often have to replace windshields in AZ due to the rocks on the freeways, and we will use them again.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

We moved into a new home and with the monsoon season hitting us this summer there was a leak in our roof. From the first conversation with this company I knew they were extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They came out that same day and took care of us at an affordable rate and they guarantee their work. Other roofing companies were going to have us wait a week out and with the storms rolling in that was unacceptable.
