He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

This company used to be pretty good, but not anymore. I have called twice for emergency service to our medical practice. The first time they said they were sending someone ASAP; six hours later a plumber showed up. The problem was not solved properly so I had to call again today. I told them it was an emergency. They said they could not come out. Our company will never use them again.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Our technician Joel was fast and thorough. He explained how to operate and maintain our new water heater. After installation, we though there was an issue and when we called in for help, everyone in the process were very helpful and we were able to get it remedied over the phone (was our fault, not theirs :)). We’ll definitely use Bumble Bee for future plumbing work!

First off, I was referred to Priority through a customer that brought his vehicle to my place of business. I called immediately and talked with Sofie and my appointment was set ASAP!
Second the service technician Dustin was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! He took care of all my issues and made sure that I was a satisfied customer, even though I was in his face trying to assist! He went above and beyond what I needed to make sure the line was not clogged and all was taken care of.
All said and done… amazing experience with this company and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

Excellent service! Showed up on time with a day and time convenient for me. Owner was very knowledgable and helpful at describing the process and cost estimate up front. Technician was polite, professional, prompt, and explained as much as I asked and put the small holes he dug in my yard back together very nicely. I was even charged the exact same amount as originally quoted!

Called at about 9pm on 3/24/19, and Joseph was there within the 30 minutes they quoted me. He unclogged my lines and had my toilets running clear within 20 minutes of arriving. Jackie called 2 days later to set up the appt to have the camera ran to find the reason for my clogs. All for the ad price of $98.00. The service was fast, great, and priced right.
