These guys are really the greatest! They provided us with our dream bathroom and made the whole renovation experience, pleasant. They cleaned after themselves everyday and were friendly with our two little dogs. Would recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade.

We loved Phoenix Home remodeling. They gave us a three week estimate to completely redo our kitchen - from demo to rebuild. They had it completed in 1.5 weeks! They truly care about their work and their customers and it showed throughout the entire process.

My experience with Jacuzzi bath remodel has been great. The installers Manny and Sean were very professional and courteous and did a great job with the install. I would highly recommend Jacuzzi if your planning on a bath remodel.

Called into get some information, that was a mistake spoke with steve must just woke up.
I let him know that I found this company on the web and seemed a bit lost. I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . Okay I will call a company that is interested in business . Great job steve

I needed help with a damaged cultured marble shower surround. Scotty was awesome. He had the correct material on hand and his price was very fair. Will definitely look to AZ BathMasters for future projects!

POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! The quality of the work is great, when workers eventually do respond. The company fails tremendously at communicating schedule updates and changes. I have asked from the beginning of the project for a schedule to completion and am lucky if I can get them to commit to 2 consecutive days. I was quoted a 3-4 month project duration and am currently on month 6 with no end in sight. I've gone through 4 job superintendents (5 if you include the owner himself) and have had a very disheartening experience with this remodel. I will never recommend this company!

Sloppy work. Chaotic amateur subcontractors from all over. One day they never even showed up nor did they call me as to why. Had to have them come back to redo things several times. Several things left unfinished. Who paints a door with the knob on? Really. See pics. Sloppy paint job too. They couldn't be bothered to use a single solid piece of wood on my garage-- they pieced together leftovers. See pics. They initially built the garage door opening too narrow for the door, had to redo. WTF. The brand new back door they installed doesn't latch properly. They didn't properly strap down the  water line in my garage so it was slapping. They had to go up and redo that and in the process of that they broke thru my ceiling and did a crap patch job and didn't come back to paint it. Seriously. See pic. Complete amateur sloppy work. One contractor stole my brand new ladder I got as a housewarming gift. Another contractor used my new step stool as his own getting paint and crap all over it. They washed their paint with my new hose getting paint all over it and my yard. There's more but this review is long enough as it is. They never returned call after I brought these issues up. Can't recommend. UPDATE: a few months later they called me concerned about the bad rating, and I told him exactly what was wrong and they saw the pictures, and they seemed concerned about fixing the issues but then never got back to me, so I removed one more star apparently as they don't even care about their own reputation.

We had a complete kitchen remodel and new flooring throughout the house and a new half bath remodel.

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. My project was finished and it looks so good my neighbors can't even tell the previous damage happened. Thank you.

My contractor took me to meet Anthony when I was doing my first remodel on my first investment property. Everything was new to me and I was learning some tough lessons. Fortunately Anthony made it an easy and a stress free process to pick something nice out while being mindful of a budget. The overall result is awesome and the cabinets look great. We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. Trevor has extensive knowledge about all phases of construction and has a great eye for layout and design. Our project required gutting the existing space, including jackhammering the shower floor pan, as well as expanding the footprint of our master bathroom. In addition to handling all phases of the construction, Trevor also guided us through selection of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, tile flooring and a barnwood accent wall. He pointed us to suppliers throughout the Valley, all he has done business with before. The tile work in the shower and floors is meticulous, and beautiful! Our accent wall gives a warmth that we love and he even installed Bluetooth speakers in our shower celing.
Trevor is talented and professional. He’s very easy to work with and will help you achieve your remodeling dreams as he did with us.
