Best House Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

This was my first experience with a remodel. Phoenix Home Remodeling redid both of my bathrooms and they look amazing!! Great attention to detail, reasonable prices, and they finished within the estimated timeframe. Jeremy and Mark were so easy to reach with questions and they responded very quickly, usually within the hour. I don’t think you could find a more organized remodeling company! Thank you!!

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Very rude unprofessional people. They are too busy to be polite. I asked one too many questions about my quote on the phone to Audra the decorator and she freaked out at me. The manager explained her behavior that she stressed. No apology. We will go where our business is appreciated and the employees are polite.

Holtzman Home Improvement did a great job for us converting our 30yr old Tub and Shower in the Master Bath to a wonderful walk-in shower, tile walls and river-rock floor oasis. Paul came up with a simple but classy design using my basic wants and Keala was great guiding me through the design and choice of materials. Will Stubblefield and the rest of the workers did a great job and kept the jobsite (my house) clean throughout the process. I really appreciate all the work and attention to detail and quality of work that the whole team put into everything...

Excellent drywall and stucco repair. Able to match paint colors, including sun faded color. Workers were polite and courteous. You will pay more but it is worth it

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Our project was enclosing a small lanai and adding a 17’ x 40’ Workshop. Their bid (I obtained 4) was very competitive and we enjoyed working with Bret. He was always on top of everything pertaining to our project and was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The workmanship was first class and we plan to hire them for future home improvements. We recently purchased a home in Peoria that was in need of updated finishes, paint and flooring. Being from out of state, we did not know who to contact. We were very lucky to receive a referral to Veny, and his business, AZ Granite and Remodeling. We had interviewed other contractors who did not seem interested in taking on the project. We found Veny to be quite different. He was eager to listen to our vision for the project, and he offered reasonable suggestions to save time and money. It was quite obvious that he knew what he was doing, and he gave us a written quote, which was very reasonable, after our first meeting. HIs crew took out the old worn floor tile, then replaced it with new tile. The entire indoors of the house was freshly painted. A kitchen island was constructed and new quartz countertops were installed throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with the results, the timetable for completion, and the price we paid. We highly recommend AZ Granite and Remodeling.

The team at Legacy saved my mental state after a different company left my bathroom in shambles. I contacted Legacy because I had seen the work they did on my parents house years before and knew they would be able to salvage and restore our bathrooms dignity! Immediately we were met with professionalism, honesty and transparency in regards to the project we wanted done. Between Brian, Ian and Ritchie, we never for a moment felt like things would get lost along the way or mishandled. And we were right-the job was impeccable. They scheduled with us in a timely manner, they kept the lines of communication open and updated daily and they answered all of my questions along the way. Not to mention how clean they kept everything during the process which was a concern for me considering i've been heavily pregnant the whole time. Oh and last but most importantly- THE TURN OUT!! We have two bathrooms now that look like they belong in a five star Spa. Theyre stunning, and everyone who comes over makes sure to let us know how incredible they are. If you want your bathrooms done right, and your sanity intact- go with Legacy.

The process was smooth because they were on time and follow through with their commitment. All of the other contractors were very impressed with the work done from the drawings to the finished product. Ana was very quick to respond if we had any questions. AZ Neighbor is a very experienced construction company that had the resources and connections to get our job done. We knew what we wanted except for some pesky details. When we wanted cabinets that matched the material and finish of existing cabinets they were able to go outside of their normal process to get them. Both the design department and the project manager / crew foreman were exceptionally easy to work with and had great ideas for those pesky problems. The results were even better than we had envisioned.
We definitely recommend them and will invite them to bid on future projects on our house.

Needed some quick work done to get our school ready to roll for the new year, Eric was a great out of the box problem solver and amazing implementing his money saving design

SCAMMERS!! Rip Off Artists!! Stay Clear... these people do substandard work and hire unlicensed people. As soon as they get your Insurance info that is their ticket to the lottery.
They removed my entire roof when only a 1/3 was authorized just to pocket $$!
Unprofessional. Unethical. And, when the Owner knows the Judge by first name that will tell you how many times people have taken them to small claims court.

The crew worked diligently and completed the 3 bathroom remodels a day early. Very pleased with the new look and craftsmanship quality.

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.

Great experience from design through to final execution. Stephen, Kathy, Kevin and the rest of the team we worked with were all responsive, courteous and professional. So happy we went with RWR. Loving the results!
