Dave came out to our house a couple of days ago to install a fan (new wiring) and replace two other lights. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, very personable, cleaned up after he was done, and finished 30 minutes prior to his estimated completion time. Its the middle of summer and half the power in our house suddenly stopped working, including the air conditioning. I called 9 different electricians this morning and only Phoenix Electricians called me back. They showed up quick and determined it to be a problem with SRP but if they hadn’t been so quick to respond I’d have been waiting all day for some random electrician to call me back instead of getting on SRP about the problem. The electrician even called them for me to explain the problem to them. Highly recommended.

I contacted Gabe and he responded within the hour and came assess my electrical problem. He was very honest, courteous, profession, informative, and knowledgeable. He quoted me a price and I was charged exactly that. He was able to quickly identify the problem and fixed it. He also identified two future potential problems and told me it doesn't need to be addressed at this time, but possibly sometime in future before I sell my home. He was not pushy and he did not try to upsell. I would highly recommend his services to friends and family.

After years of excellent service...Regular maintenance - miraculous revelation of burnt capacitor wiring , ironic that we had no prior issues. Quote 561 for about 60 part and 500 labor for a 15 min repair. We retained another company at less than half the price.

I contracted through Amazon to install a light fixture. Jeff accepted the job from Amazon. He called me two hours before the arrival window and said he would be arriving an hour early. I told him that I would be leaving work early and could only be home at the originally scheduled time window. He said he would arrive at the beginning of that window (2pm). I left work early to meet him. Twenty minutes before the arrival time, he sent me a text stating he was more than 50 miles away and I would have to reschedule with Amazon. Another text he sent said he was 1 hour and 45 minutes away which was still fine with me, but he didn’t want to drive that long. I reported this to Amazon which is going to be sending him a warning letter that if another customer reports similar issues then he will be removed as an electrician from Amazon’s Home Services. Now, I have to reschedule with Amazon who will send my job to another electrician, and I will have to take another afternoon off work because Jeff didn’t follow through on his commitment.

Technician came to my workplace and didnt want to replace a breaker that was faulty. Poor service

Junior checked out the system, cleaned the coils, made some adjustments, and explained what he was doing. He also made some suggestions for future service. He was very professional. We will continue to patronize this business, if necessary, in the future.

UPDATED review: We were contacted by this business to reschedule and complete the previously discussed work. The two technicians that came out were skilled and very professional. The new light fixtures look great and the guys were able to move a ceiling light and install a fan instead. The requested new power outlet was installed perfectly too. The 4-star review is due to lack of timely communication and the multiple last-minute reschedules. The quality of the work was great otherwise. [][][][][]

[I contacted this business to help us replace some light fixtures/ceiling fan and install a new power outlet for a TV mount. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was polite and happy to schedule us. The evening before the agreed-upon day of service, he contacted me and said they need to reschedule for another day since they were having issues with their work van. I appreciated the notice and we agreed that he would call me the next day (Tuesday) to set a new time... and then he never did. I messaged him on Wed to try and schedule and we eventually agreed on Friday at 8am. I am typing this review on said Friday at 9:30am - no one showed up and no response by text to my question if the appt is still valid for this morning. I am very disappointed at this rude treatment and the lack of reliability. We thought we were being flexible and understanding, yet we ended with no service and not enough time to get the job done before the upcoming holiday with another company. ]

Michael is so RUDE! He works with progress and lied and said he called SRP and they gave him my personal information. I immediately called SRP and spoke to hey Supervisor by the name of Patricia who is wonderful. And she confirmed Michael was not being honest they never told him anything on my account other then there was no voltage going to my home and that I needed a new meter. Michael being a pond for progress tried to say it was my fault I had no electricity which would make sense that I didn’t pay my bill right except for the fact we had electricity on one side of the house and none on the other. I am a single mom of six with no air for 10 days today is day 11 ans 5 with no electricity all the way upstairs. I was frustrated and tired I had to move six kids 4 dogs and 3 cats to a hotel. And my sister came to help me and spoke to Michael who hung up on me wouldn’t allow me to speak and then told my sister Word for Word verbatim “lookie here WOMEN I don’t work for you I work for C & C and for progress “ he was so unprofessional and rude. I asked progress to never ever allow Michael into my home and also he went in my bed room and read my empower box and that’s how he new I was low on electricity which had nothing to do with our power being out because we were under a severe weather warning which SRP would not turn off our electricity even if I didn’t have money on the app.

I would never ever even give one star but to post I had to.

We began the day seeking a quote for hot water heater replacement.Without prior knowledge or preparation, Ramesh coordinated with Kris and Joe Lord to install a water softener in addition to the new hot water heater, along with two cartridges and a faucet.All of the work was done in an absolutely professional manner, but also in a very friendly way. The installation was remarkable, especially in contrast to the prior amateurish install.There are pictures of the finished product. The entire extemporaneous project was completed by sundown.We could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work that was done or the skilled tradesman that performed it.Kudos to your entire staff.

Foreman can't even pass a journeyman test. No upward mobility. Management is disconnected from employees. Quite possibly the worst place in Phoenix to work.

We have used many electrical contractors in the past, but AZ State Electric is by far the best electricians we have sub contracted to. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!
