Amazing experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling. We bought a home and needed to have it completely remodeled. We remodeled the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, knocked thru 2 walls to add pass thrus, added a huge linen closet and turned empty space into a closet. We got multiple quotes and PHR was not only most professional but their prices were reasonable. Jake was an amazing first contact. He had great ideas and having had years of contract experience he knew what was possible. I told them about my timeline and they were so accommodating to get it done on time. They were excellent at communication and ensuring things were done the way we liked and giving suggestions along the way. Their work was top notch! They did the little detail oriented things and it is so appreciated. The end result was absolutely perfect! Ben was an incredible project manager. Mark, Aaron, Steve, Brandon, Garon were all incredibly skilled, detailed, accommodating, courteous, professional and timely! I can't say enough good things about this company! You will not be disappointed if you hire them!

AS A PROFESSIONAL INTERIOR DESIGNER IN SCOTTSDALE, CREATING GORGEOUS AND QUALITY BATHROOM REMODELS FOR OVER 20 YEARS, I AM DISMAYED THAT MY RECENTLY DECEASED FATHER FELL FOR THIS COMPANY’S ADVERTISEMENT ON GRIT TV. I TRULY THINK IT ELDER ABUSE AND EVEN CRIMINAL THE AMOUNT CHARGED ($17,000) FOR WHAT EVERY QUALITY CONTRACTOR WHO HAS SEEN THE WORK AGREES AT MOST IN THESE TIME OF HIGH PRICED MATERIALS, SHOULD HAVE BEEN $4-5,000) SIMPLE REMOVEL OF BATHTUB AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW OIL RUBBED BRONZE SHOWER SET WITH VALVE MOVED TO BACK WALL, AND THE CHEAPEST OF CHEAP, THIN OUTDATED UGLY CULTURED MARBLE SURROUND AND NOT EVEN A RECESSED PLASTIC SHOWER PAN. THE BYPASS THIN GLASS SHOWER GLASS; THE ENTIRE SET-UP LOOKS AS IF IT BELONGS IN A 1970S CAMPER OR MANUFACTURED TRAILER HOME.

My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

I loved my experience with Re-Bath, starting with the consultation to the installation to a small warranty repair. The consult was personable and allowed me to see all my choices in person. The install was faster than quoted and with very minimal inconvenience to me. Then I had a small problem which they fixed extremely fast! I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Bathtub shower combo removed and new shower with new fixtures. Jeff did an awesome job and appreciate his perfection and attention to detail. He was very friendly , always on time and took time to explain things to us.

Sunset Tile remodeled our master bathroom with a new walk in shower along with all new wall and floor tile. Excellent job and we are completely happy with the finished project.

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

Called and left message for an estimate. When they called me back 3 days later they said they were 90-120 days to even give me an estimate. Need project done sooner.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

During my home remodeling it was a very pleasant surprise to work with Rise Above and Bret Buckner who remodeled my master bath. The process was relatively easy and they showed up on time! Their bid was very competitive (I obtained four), they did quality work, and they always seemed happy and helpful. The final result is spectacular.

The toilet in one of my bathrooms was not working properly so I called the company. They sent over one of their workers, Norm, and it was fixed. He did everything very clean, quickly, and professionaly. Norm is very friendly and respectful. He did a great job!

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

The best price, product and service in the business. My wife and I both recommend this business and in the future we would not use anyone else. Best experience dealing with Trinity. The Graco team is always flexible, available, and punctual to get the work done around my busy schedule. I loved that they provided photos of the damage on my roof when quoting the work that needed to be done. The cost was very fair and competitive (nothing was overpriced). I am so happy with the work they did and recommend them to everyone.
