We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

My wife and I purchased our Home, a Midcentury Modern built in 1955 by Ralph Haver in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. The Home had original ungrounded wiring with exposed wire splicing. There were also two rooms that were added by a previous owner without permits.

Ultimately, we wanted to fully restore our Home to its original character, while at the same time, installing all of the safety, amenities and conveniences found in homes of new construction today.

We interviewed a handful of contactors for this task, Steve Shinn from Homework Remodels being one of them. Steve immediately stood out from the group. We found him easy to talk to, prompt and extremely knowledgeable with the historic characteristics of our Haver Home.

With Steve’s help, we nearly rebuilt most of the major components of our Home. When it was said and done, we upgraded the entire wiring and electric panel, installed new HVAC main unit and ducting lines, replaced all of the plumbing lines (both supply and drain lines including the sewer), installed LED recessed lighting throughout the Home, constructed a stem wall, a trench drain and added mini split HVAC units which the City required for issuing permits for the two unpermitted rooms, installed a 16” slider to the backyard, utilized steel beams to remove loan bearing walls in order to open up the kitchen and the living rooms, installed a tankless water heater system, applied sprayed insulation in the small attic, and performed various other upgrades.

We are very happy with Steve’s work. We found Steve’s work to be of high quality and found Steve’s expertise and creativity in helping rebuild our Haver Home to be invaluable.

We plan on hiring Steve in the near future to complete Phase 2 of our Home, which will include all of the finishes.

If you are looking for an old school company that truly cares about your wants and needs then look no further. Julie walked every aisle of Floor & Decor with us offering options and advice on tile. Mike was present on a daily basis making sure all of our needs were met with every detail of the job, including deadlines. Couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Our old stall shower was demolished , and a new and larger one was created in the old space. The demo of the old resulted a bit of damage to the adjoining bedroom wall, and we neglected to report it, as we assumed the crew would report it. We just had it repaired, which required plastering two areas and repainting the wall. The new shower is functioning fine and is a beautiful addition to the bathroom. I highly recommend using this company. I used them for a complete master bath remodel and it turned out even better than expected! From the initial visit with our amazing designer Deb to all the hard work Jon had to do to transform my bathroom, my experience with them and the company they represent far exceeded my expectations. Jon did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was complete! When demolition began Jon discovered errors from the builder and instead of just letting it go he repaired and replaced to prevent future issues. There were no shortcuts for him! If Jon had any questions he didn’t hesitate to reach out for clarification. Even with all the discoverable issues that needed to be fixed he was done early and believe me it wasn’t because he cut any corners. Jon possesses not only time management and dedication to his work but also quality. Very rude unprofessional people. They are too busy to be polite. I asked one too many questions about my quote on the phone to Audra the decorator and she freaked out at me. The manager explained her behavior that she stressed. No apology. We will go where our business is appreciated and the employees are polite.

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

My bathroom remodel was done during the difficult time of the pandemic when there were supply shortages and workmen shortages. The remodel took longer than anticipated and there were a few glitches along the way. However, I am happy in the long run. Holtzman was very responsive to the issues that occurred and made things right. To me, that is a huge plus for them as a company. Problems and mistakes do happen, but how they are handled is the most important factor.

They were very attentive to my small job and the female worker was very good and experienced. I would give them an A+ rating.

Maxum Remodeled my house did a great job!

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Took them over 5 months from start to completion to install our new master bathroom after telling us it would be 5-6 weeks.
Fast forward five almost (5) years later and the cabinets are falling off the walls because they were not properly secured. Since we know we are out of warranty, and we don't want another multi month fiasco in our bedroom, we will have to bring in another contractor to reinstall our master sink and cabinets again.
We wanted our dream bathroom, we did not go with the cheep contractor here. Very disappointing.

Tom is one of the most efficient maintenance men we've had a pleasure of meeting. He seems to deeply care about the tenants and our concerns. He makes sure we are well aware of the situation at hand and he even goes the extra mile to follow up on existing maintenance requests with his staff. We are never disappointed when Tom shows up!

We are so pleased with the remodel we had done by RE-Bath. We went from a bad tub and shower curtains to a huge shower with glass doors that are so easy to clean. The tiny bathroom now looks huge and clean . We did paint the bathroom to match the wallboard and it has such unity and cleanliness to the entire room.Our technician - Eric - did a fabulous job of containing the debris and cleanup at the end of the job.We would refer anyone to Re-Bath for consideration for remodels.Roger and Pat Schumacher

We did a total remodel of our house. When I wasn’t happy with something, they fixed it. They weren’t good about cleaning up after themselves. I told them I wanted the ceilings painted white, but Jake picked his own color of off white. One of the windows they put in was faulty and months later they replaced it, had it stuccoed, but never came back to paint it. They don’t respond to my texts. I painted it myself. We are happy with the end result, but you have to keep on them.

Graco Home Remodeling was great from start to finish! Ignacio Carrion is very professional and has amazing customer service. The Graco team is always flexible, available, and punctual to get the work done around my busy schedule. I loved that they provided photos of the damage on my roof when quoting the work that needed to be done. The cost was very fair and competitive (nothing was overpriced). I am so happy with the work they did and recommend them to everyone.
