We had a fantastic experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling on a recent project that included redoing our kitchen, powder room, and entire downstairs floor. Ben, Mark, and Jeremy were very professional, responsive, and courteous. We always knew exactly what each part would cost and had a great system for managing change orders. They brought in excellent subcontractors for all the work, and always made sure we were satisfied with what was completed. We are already planning to use them again on our master bath remodel.

Alex B and Harold W did our install. They were very polite and answered all our questions. They gave us very helpful suggestions on where to place shelves, bars and a seat. We were very happy with them.

This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! The salesman was polite and we chose Re-Bath because they stated multiple times they would not start until all the materials had arrived and would have the entire job done in 3-5 days. This was an entire remodel for a small basement bathroom. They sent one person who started on the project including tearing walls and bathroom fixtures out and then stated the wrong shower door had been ordered. The job was then delayed by an entire MONTH supposedly because of a shower door. And again, we chose this company based on speed of completion. Once the project was finally complete it was clear there was zero attention to detail. Seams on wall panels did not line up, fixtures did not match, and the caulking looked like a child had used a caulk gun for the first time. The finished product also just looks cheap. Don’t be fooled by the pictures from the salesman. Craftsmanship and pride in the work was non-existent and customer service completely ignored. We were burned and bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Re-Bath has been so great and professional. Steve was our installer and I was impressed by his hard work and kindness. He always asked if I had questions, and he also did a really great job cleaning up which I appreciate. The shower looks beautiful!

We used Sunset Tile & Bath for our master bathroom and now we are having them do our kitchen. They are wonderful to work with....professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They spent quality time with us to make our design decisions and then the construction process for our bathroom was carried out with the same level of service and completed on time. We highly recommend this company.

My bathroom remodel was done during the difficult time of the pandemic when there were supply shortages and workmen shortages. The remodel took longer than anticipated and there were a few glitches along the way. However, I am happy in the long run. Holtzman was very responsive to the issues that occurred and made things right. To me, that is a huge plus for them as a company. Problems and mistakes do happen, but how they are handled is the most important factor.

Called and left message for an estimate. When they called me back 3 days later they said they were 90-120 days to even give me an estimate. Need project done sooner.

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Our project was enclosing a small lanai and adding a 17’ x 40’ Workshop. Their bid (I obtained 4) was very competitive and we enjoyed working with Bret. He was always on top of everything pertaining to our project and was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The workmanship was first class and we plan to hire them for future home improvements. Thank You.

We did an entire interior remodel on including all new tile floors, new kitchen, three bathroom remodels and entire home interior painting. The final project turned out far better than we even imagined. Jeff and Andrew were always responsive and had great design ideas. Construction quality was outstanding. I would highly recommend this firm.

We had Optum home solutions remove and replace the windows in our home. Their installer’s Drake and Chase were very professional and did a fantastic job.

Sam was our contractor for this job and did a phenomenal job! Was professional, always told us when he would arrive, and our shower looks amazing! Would give a higher review if I could, this company rocks! 100% recommend.

They really took care of us. Great cabinets available quickly with the soft close hinges and drawers we were looking for.

We did a total remodel of our house. When I wasn’t happy with something, they fixed it. They weren’t good about cleaning up after themselves. I told them I wanted the ceilings painted white, but Jake picked his own color of off white. One of the windows they put in was faulty and months later they replaced it, had it stuccoed, but never came back to paint it. They don’t respond to my texts. I painted it myself. We are happy with the end result, but you have to keep on them.

From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!
