My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

Corey and Matt were great to work with. They were very informative and explained what was needed to do to get the bathroom remodeled. Corey took great care to protect our newly installed carpet. We want to also thank the glass installers who did a fast and accurate install of the glass wall and door.

We just finished our third project with TWD, a master bathroom remodel. As with the first two projects, they were extremely professional, always kept us informed on project status, and most importantly finished on time! You would be amazed how often you hear how workers don't show, unexpected costs pop up, and overall quality is poor. NONE of these have ever been a concern when working with TWD, and in fact, we just signed on for our fourth project with them. You will not regret hiring TWD for your next home remodeling project!

The Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team not only restored our home after a flood, but redesigned our kitchen to be very efficient and beautiful. They somehow managed to make it look much larger in the same space. Lorrie presented great ideas from which to choose and was great to work with when selecting the newest updated materials. Scott made sure that the project stayed right on schedule until completion, which was 5 days earlier than promised. John, the PM, did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the results. They are very easy to reach and respond quickly for any additional needs now that the work is finished.

They have the Best flooring selections in town! Trust me, I visited all the flooring stores! Their customer service is top notch

I recently move to AZ and bought a new build, I wanted a more custom look and better quality work so I didn’t do the upgrades with the builder because I know how they work and just glue the countertops to the cabinets without plywood and the finishing touches are sloppy. I was shopping around and received quotes from 3 local competitors. I sent an email with pictures and measurements and Keith called me within minutes which was very impressive! After comparing quotes (apples for apples) I knew what tile I wanted, quartz, grout color and shluder. Keith came in thousands less and the fact that he was very responsive and professional I decided to use his company. He started less then 2 weeks after I closed escrow, his crew was always on time, professional and CLEAN ! My walls are white and I didn’t have any scuffs or hand prints anywhere. They worked long hours and finish the project fast which was important to be because I work from home. I went with herringbone tile work and quartz countertop with a mitered 2 1/2 inch edge all came out flawlessly. I highly recommend Serrano surfaces! You won’t be disappointed.

I would recommend Granite Transformation for the excellent job they did installing our new counter tops with matching backslash. Nino and Tino were very professional and courteous throughout the job. I hired Ernesto Garcia and his team to furnish and decorate my family room, dining room and entryway. When I saw the finished product, I could not believe the incredible transformation!

On our first meeting Ernesto quickly grasped and understood my needs for the spaces and my design style. He created a polished and contemporary yet comfortable, livable space. His exquisite taste and attention to detail are like no other designer! The other characteristics that make him unique are his versatility and architectural background. From interiors to exteriors, small projects to major constructions, Ernesto possesses the skills to handle any design project! His custom built furnishings are of high quality. His design team (Betsey and Lauren) were professional, helpful, conscientious and easy to work with. They truly care about their clients!

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
