TWD once again did a fantastic with our room remodel. Back in February they did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. This time it was our master bath. It was transformed from a shower/tub side by side to a beautiful walk in shower along with new floor and wall tile and new vanity top with two mirrored wall cabinets. Our designer, Ron LaBrie did a wonderful job again in picking all the items. We had the same oversight manager, Ralph Campa and he was available when needed which was rare as their people did a great job. I wish I could remember the names of those involved. I just want them all to know that we love how well they did their work. Everyone was professional and courteous. They even didn’t mind being supervised by our two boxers - Jake and Bailey. We again thank you for a great job and YES we would recommend them to others who wish to upgrade the home.

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Colton is very comfortable to work with and very flexible to accomodate what I needed. He has a very good design sense as well which I needed. I will be doing business with him again for sure!

It was pleasure doing business with PJH Construction. The part owner - Andrew Thruston came out and knew exactly what my wife and I were looking for. From the start of the project (building office/den and featured wall in great room) which the assigned project manager was Jeff and was delivering excellent results with his crew: Alex, Robert, Fernando and Giovanni. In addition, Jose who worked on the featured wall in great room which came out PERFECT! Again, my wife and I really appreciate the honesty with the PJH crew as they accomplished the project before the committed deadline. We used West Haven Builders to remodel and update our home. Robert and his wife Ana were professional, responsive, honest, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. Robert is incredibly talented and does impeccable work. He is easy to have in your home and neat. Their prices are competitive and their work is second to none. It is rare to be wowed anymore and we were wowed! We will definitely use West Haven for any and all projects going forward.

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.

Service was excellent and professional, especially the installation of exterior outlet with a enclosure for the plug. Thanks, and reasonably priced.

I had Rhino Construction come in and add a backsplash to my kitchen. The finished work is just beautiful. The guys were pleasant, worked hard and did a great job of making sure they covered flooring/countertops. etc. while setting in the tile. Once done, they cleared up everything, even sweeping my floors. I work from home so they were considerate of that aspect and I would definitely hire the team again. Waited weeks for appointment to replace slats on 6' gate. Greg shows up late with no materials to do the work. Proceeds to go find materials and returns with nothing. Does nothing. Total waste of time!

My house sustained damage from the storms that popped thru Az in March of this year.i went thru my insurance company and called a couple of referrals that they had sent me..none of them worked.i was talking to a buddy at work and he saidyou need to call Ken Hawk.he explained why,so I made the call.it was the easiest call to make..his entire staff was amazing.he put my mind at ease when it came to all the repairs(which included having an entire tile roof redone.the prices were great !
