These guys are really the greatest! They provided us with our dream bathroom and made the whole renovation experience, pleasant. They cleaned after themselves everyday and were friendly with our two little dogs. Would recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade.

Josiah and Brett were the installers of our two bathroom remodeling projects. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our concerns as the project progressed. They are very hard working, did an excellent job and always cleaned up after themselves each day. It was a pleasure having them working on our project.

Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

I normally do not do reviews or recommendations companies unless I REALLY like them, or I REALLY had a terrible experience with them and I want to tell people to stay away!! This one is because I absolutely trust Holtzman and would recommend them to ANYONE looking to remodel their home!! This will be my 3rd major project that I have used Holtzman for. I started using them back in 2008 when Brandon and his crew built my daughters bedroom for her and did other remodeling projects around our house. The bedroom was of course beautiful complete with a walk in closet, custom built in shelving and chair rail in the room. She was so happy! It was beautiful and it was a great addition to the house! I then used them when we decided to buy a rental property and make some changes to update the house before putting it on the market for renters. Things like updating the flooring, countertops and bathrooms. Once again, they did not disappoint! Everything was beautiful and we had renters in no time at all! This time was no different! We decided to buy another property to rent but we were on a strict time schedule! I flew in from out of town, called Judy and told her my situation and that afternoon I was meeting with Paul! By the next day I had a quote and a plan and everything was good!
Yes, there have been delays but that is to be expected. But I will also say, Brandon himself went and did a walk through before things started and found mold and water damage. Had he not done that we would have never known. Some contractors could have just let it go and just covered it up! But of course Brandon let us know and the project had to stop while that was taken care of properly. It just shows Holtzman does care about what they are doing and that they take the time to do it right. I would rather have some delays then have people rushing to get things done and it not be done right.
Yes, I think they are a little higher priced. But I also believe you get what you pay for. I think their communication is great, Brandon always gets back to me. Holtzman has treated us like family since 2008, and they continue to do so through this crazy condo remodel of mine today! So thank you to Brandon and his entire Holtzman team!

From start to finish, TWD was nothing short of fantastic! They worked around my schedule, helped me stay within my budget and kept me informed. I have a beautiful new master bathroom and my favorite thing was that throughout the construction process, it never felt intrusive. Everyone was polite and cleaned up after each day of work. I will come back to TWD for my next project and I highly recommend that you do as well!

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Love my Kitchen! It's been over a year and still, every time I empty my dishwasher, I think about how much I love my kitchen. Funny, right? But my old kitchen wasn't very functional, and emptying the dishwasher was opening and closing the dishwasher door several times to put everything away. Now I have so much storage and counter space, everything is laid out with purpose with double islands, and I love the modern look of the cabinets and how they seamlessly integrates with the more traditional living room!! Now it's time to update the bathrooms and we'll be calling Greg at Avanti Kitchen and Bath again in the spring!

Anyone that is looking to remodel their home , this is the company. Veny came out to give us a price for the bathroom and we ended up not only remodeling the bathroom , but the kitchen as well.I highly reccommend this company and the best part they give free estimates! Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado strung us along for months promising he would be able to complete our project, but he had other projects in front of ours. We patiently waited for more than eight (8) months (since August 2022). He setup an appointment to meet at our house at 8:00 a.m. this morning to go over final details prior to signing the contract for a 60-80 thousand dollar ramada. My wife texts him in the morning to text her when he arrives and that I would meet him outside. Everado responds asking if she saw the email he sent last night. We open the email - sent after midnight less than 8 hours before he was supposed to meet with us - and the email says he can't meet with us and that he won't be able to build our ramada due to staffing issues and because he is behind on other projects. Avoid. Everado will string you along and waste your time.

Worked with Leonel regarding estimate for large bathroom remodel work. He had great ideas and provided us with business to go to pick out fixtures etc. where he also gets a discount. His estimate was fair and detailed and easy to understand. He also was straightforward regarding lead time for work. The actual remodel has not begun and I will provide another review when work is finished. So far, so good, though!

Jacob did an amazing job on my master bath remodel. Removed the builder grade tub shower and gave me the bathroom I’ve been dreaming of. I also had the guest bathroom cabinet and sink replaced. He was in time, professional, and answered all my questions regarding the install. He even worked on his birthday. I can’t wait to have the tub and shower done in the guest bathroom.

I They were fantastic and concern group of workers. Very personal and making sure things were done like what you asked of the company. We are having future remodeling to our home.

Project: Remodel 90s kitchen

Eric and Angela were very helpful with the design of our kitchen. They are very easy to work with, have a lot of good ideas, and have good pictures of remodels they have completed. This helped with explaining their ideas. They listen to your ideas and try to work them into the space.

The staff showed up at 8:30 am every weekday with only a few exceptions. We were notified of those exceptions at least a day ahead. They were very helpful as we were living in the house while the construction was in process. They tried to keep the place livable. They also closed off rooms where they were working with plastic sheeting so as to keep the construction dust down. They cleaned up every evening before leaving.

The trades showed up when scheduled. We did not have many week days where work was not in process.

The time estimate was six weeks, and the actual was five weeks. We love our new kitchen and it is very easy to work there. We were so impressed with this project, we are having them back to remodel the shower area in the master bathroom.

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.
