Best Countertops Installation in Phoenix AZ

I recently had Phoenix Home Remodeling complete renovations in both my master and guest bathrooms, kitchen, and entertainment wall in my home. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the results!! The process they set in place and communication on a daily basis made the entire project so much easier than expected. The use of Buildertrend software helped to keep me on budget and communication between the team and myself seamless. The team of employees were amazing to work with; especially given this was my first time remodeling a home. The work and amount of care for my home, lifestyle (we lived in the house during the construction), and quality of work was evident from day one until completion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a home project or upgrades. I am pleased beyond measure with my newly updated home and cannot thank Phoenix Home Remodeling enough for their time, effort, and personalization they put in to making this project well worth the investment. This company who has been doing. Kitchen And master bath remodel at my mom's house for going on 15 weeks now (scheduled for 6-8) is wanting to charge extra to fix their miss measurements and shotty workmanship. Project manager has lack of communication never know when someone is showing up to do work or not. I would never recommend or use this company for anything again. This is just brief synopsis of the issues more to come.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

Shawn and the guys were very respectful and knowledgeable . I would recommend this method to my friends. I do think sales should do a better job of explaining the procedure and what customer needs to do.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado strung us along for months promising he would be able to complete our project, but he had other projects in front of ours. We patiently waited for more than eight (8) months (since August 2022). He setup an appointment to meet at our house at 8:00 a.m. this morning to go over final details prior to signing the contract for a 60-80 thousand dollar ramada. My wife texts him in the morning to text her when he arrives and that I would meet him outside. Everado responds asking if she saw the email he sent last night. We open the email - sent after midnight less than 8 hours before he was supposed to meet with us - and the email says he can't meet with us and that he won't be able to build our ramada due to staffing issues and because he is behind on other projects. Avoid. Everado will string you along and waste your time.

Absolutely great company all steps of the way, starting from the measurements, to the quotes and sale, to the installation. Got new counters and backsplash, and everything was completed to perfection within the specified time. Everyone was also extremely nice and courteous. The owner also has a standard of perfection, so I highly recommended these guys for your countertops!

I love my new countertops. European Granite did an awesome job. From the quote to the installation everyone that I dealt with was friendly and professional. All of my calls and questions were answered in a timely fashion and they were patient with all my questions. This is my first major remodel of a kitchen and I am glad I chose them to work with. And it was a very fast turn around time between the template to the fabrication to the installation. Great job!!! I highly recommend them!

They have great team! The salesman Chris helped to find the right granite slabs and made it easy. May kept me informed through out the process, and was very pleasant. I was Very Happy with the installation team Luis and his crew did a Great job they cleaned up so well you could never tell they were there except for a beautiful counter tops.

I recently move to AZ and bought a new build, I wanted a more custom look and better quality work so I didn’t do the upgrades with the builder because I know how they work and just glue the countertops to the cabinets without plywood and the finishing touches are sloppy. I was shopping around and received quotes from 3 local competitors. I sent an email with pictures and measurements and Keith called me within minutes which was very impressive! After comparing quotes (apples for apples) I knew what tile I wanted, quartz, grout color and shluder. Keith came in thousands less and the fact that he was very responsive and professional I decided to use his company. He started less then 2 weeks after I closed escrow, his crew was always on time, professional and CLEAN ! My walls are white and I didn’t have any scuffs or hand prints anywhere. They worked long hours and finish the project fast which was important to be because I work from home. I went with herringbone tile work and quartz countertop with a mitered 2 1/2 inch edge all came out flawlessly. I highly recommend Serrano surfaces! You won’t be disappointed.

First of all the finished product looks amazing. Tracy took the time to go over every detail with us. She was able to offer her guidance and opinion to ensure everything we picked would not only look great but also sure we’d be happy with it. The installers were very experienced and overall just really nice people. They did an awesome job and went over all the final paperwork with us answering all of our questions. The final product turned out nicer than I even expected. The products are very high quality and the installers are very experienced and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer more talented group of people on top of an awesome product. Just overall great experience. We are thrilled with our kitchen. We can’t stop talking about how great it looks.
