Veny came out to give us a price for the bathroom and we ended up not only remodeling the bathroom , but the kitchen as well.I highly reccommend this company and the best part they give free estimates! Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

From the first meeting with Brian to the end of my remodel I had excellent customer service. Jerry, Debbie, Jeremy, Ritchie, and Scott are a great team. I remodeled my laundry room, powder room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, and hallway and I LOVE it! I hired Neoteric Builders LLC to remodel my master bath. The guys were courteous and professional. The project was completed in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Will definitely be calling them when it’s time for my kitchen remodel! Highly recommend!

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.
