Best Complete Bathroom Renovations in Phoenix AZ

It was a pleasure working with Phoenix Home Remodeling again. They helped us with our master bathroom shower remodel.

Everyone was easy to work with and my shower came out exactly how I wanted. Lupe did the shower tile and he was meticulous! Aaron and Garron were also great!

The master bathroom and hallway they used to access our house was always cleaned at the end of the day and they were respectful of our home and understanding with our baby being in the house.

They were professional, good with timelines, respectful, and helpful with our questions.

Shower replacement and installation - The Jacuzzi team “Chosen Ones” with Ryan Y, Jesus W, Joseph and Steve P were on-time, professional and did very good quality work. They did some extra little detail work we asked them to do and were very friendly. We are very pleased with the final product.

Jen was our Service Representative and he was very professional and courteous during the course of our Master Bathroom remodel. Recommended!

The team at Homework Remodels are the consummate professionals. From the beginning of the process, Steve and his teams quality of work & attention to detail were superb. The design team worked with me to ensure every idea was developed fully, and the follow through & workmanship was fantastic. We even called a couple of audibles along the way, which were implemented seamlessly. I would hire Homework Remodels again without hesitation!

Had issues including being told it would cost an additional $500. for a plumbing issue that consisted of moving the piping about an inch. Told them no. Took my plumbing friend about 15 seconds to do it. However it did not matter since they had already decided to move the back wall about 1 1/2's closer, ( I did OK that plan.) I had two showers done, (only); no remodel of the bathroom. Cost 24K. More than twice the amount it is worth. My two showers look really good but I worry about future plumbing issues behind the wall; was told they would have to take the new walls down. There were other issues that were resolved appropriately. BOTTOMLINE: Too much $$$ for whatwe got. Would hire a contractor and buy the materials at Lowes/Home Depot for less than half of the $24,000.

ReBath did a shower/tub conversion to a walk-in shower. Beautiful work! Very pleased with the finished results! My installer, Bret, did an incredible job with the shower conversion and I highly recommend him and ReBath. Thank you so much for a job well done!

Cleanest Construction work out there!

Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. These bathrooms needed absolutely everything and some! Scotty's eye for detail and perfection made the home beautiful! We'd for sure recommend Az Bath Masters.

Although my small bathroom project is complete, I will certainly not use HHI again. I see a lot of great reviews here. Perhaps a larger project would get more skilled tradespeople, a more organized superintendent, and/or better attention to detail.

Pros:
1. The Holtzman team finished the job.
2. The project superintendent responded to text messages and sent trades back to fix various issues.

Cons:
1. The project was poorly managed and the online schedule is wholly unreliable. Most of the time, teams would not show up on the scheduled day. I would not get a notification when appointments were cancelled. I was told that this was a “glitch” in the system, but it was never fixed.
2. When teams did show up, they often did not have the supplies they needed. Items ordered through HHI were not brought with them or dropped off at our house beforehand. A team was once sent to install a toilet that was still backordered. Tile guys did not bring tiles with them to make repairs (they assumed we had extras, which we did not).
3. My small bathroom project was estimated to take 8-10 weeks, and took over 6 months to complete. Aside from a few procurement setbacks out of their control, this was largely due to teams not showing up and then making repeated mistakes.
4. Quality of work was mediocre and almost every trade needed to return to fix a mistake or oversight. Some examples: (1) There were multiple grout cracks and cracked tiles after the initial tile job. The team returned and fixed the grout cracks (in process cracking more tile) without fixing some of the already cracked tiles. (2) A drywall repairman did not consider the diameter of the light fixture. The light was installed with gaping holes around it. The guy who returned to “fix” it just caulked around the light while getting caulk all over the fixture base. Afterwards, the fixture was missing 2 of the 3 screws. (3) A carpenter installed baseboard trim with obvious chips and did not install door casing. A carpenter returned to finish/fix the job and purchased baseboard trim to go around the door casing (thankfully I noticed before he started). Both trim types were clearly indicated on the design spec sheet.
5. The team damaged the pre-fabricated vanity by leaving scratches in the marble top and multiple chips in the vanity paint (it looked like someone hit it with a step stool a couple of times).

We were very pleased with the service we received from TWD. Professional, show up when promised, communicate during all phases of the project, and priced fairly. Couldn't be happier with this company; highly recommend them.

I am so glad that I hired Maxum! I met with Stephanie and John and they came out and looked at my master bathroom and got measurements. I had a outdated bathroom and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I went to their showroom in Phoenix to pick out my tile and granite countertop the design they came up was AMAZING!! The install was completed very quickly and was super clean. The installers were professional and the communication was exactly as promised. I am in love with my new Bathroom!! Thanks Maxum!!!

I recently had my Primary Shower and Guest Shower remodeled and Rise Above Remodeling was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I called multiple companies in the area and many were not even interested in my project or gave me extremely high bids. Rise Above was referred to me by a friend and they were by far the most responsive, honest and reasonably priced companies to deal with. Bret was spot on with his design suggestions and Skylar and his team were extremely professional and communicated well throughout the construction process. I have had no problems with my showers post production and they look great! I would highly recommend Rise Above for any remodeling projects you have - you won't be dissapointed!

Robert from West Haven Builders removed a wall, popcorn ceiling and moved electrical outlet/light. He always responded quickly. His quote came in at a competitive price. What I really appreciated was he kept me informed and updated, was on time. He also always kept the work area cleaned and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely use West Haven Builders again. If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.
