I bought this shower hoping to turn my space Into something brand new abs something that my wife would love haha! Hunter H, DeShawn B, and Dylan H did an amazing job finishing off the shower space and leaving the place cleaner than when they got here. We even had a power outage too and they still found a way to get it done in one day after 17 straight hours of work. Absolutely blown away and would recommend this crew every step of the way. I had a shower replacement/remodel done by Re-Bath and what a fabulous experience! Let me start by saying how good my installer Victor Garrison was. He was knowledgable, communicative, careful, kind and fast without being reckless. He made sure I was involved at every step along the way, and instead of assuming what I wanted, made sure to ask me what I wanted. He came prepared and ready to work, he took care with my home, and kept the mess down to a minimum. He cleaned up everyday at the end of the day, and always checked with me to make sure I was satisfied at where the job was at, and what the plan was for the next day. I have done other remodel projects project and I have to say Re-Bath is far and above the best I have worked with. If all their installers are like Victor, they are extremely fortunate. Victor is head and shoulders above the rest!! Thank you Victor!Kenzie Moxley is another standout. She was very informative when she came to start my estimate. She took the time to ensure she had everything right and knew exactly what I wanted. I had spoken to 2 other companies before Re-Bath, but because she was so competent, I signed that day! Sunset Tile remodeled our master bathroom with a new walk in shower along with all new wall and floor tile. Excellent job and we are completely happy with the finished project.

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

My walls were badly damaged by wheelchair use over a period of years. In places the round corner beads were bent out and several holes and deep scrapes. The TWD crew came in and had the place back to looking sharp and ready for paint in just a couple of days

Wanted to update a shower..and had no friends’ recommendations....found Ross Brower’s website and “took the leap” based on his work description/vision advertised there...my husband and I were super super pleased with not only the final outcome, but the whole experience! He was ALWAyS on time, attentive to our questions, and did perfect work. He made us feel like a valued customer right from the start... quite refreshing in this day and age.

Better Bath remodeling was the best thing that happened to us this year. I think we can all agree 2020 was a train wreck. Before this year though we had our master bathroom get completely wrecked because we made the mistake of using family. We haven't had a functioning bathroom in a couple years now because of it. We had multiple companies give us quotes on fixing the damage and never really found a good fit until Michael came by and gave us not only a great quote but good ideas to better the ideas we already had. He worked with us closely until the day came for them to rip up our old bad tile, and they showed up every day until our bathroom was complete. Which only took a week and a half. It was truly a great experience, every other aspect of home ownership when it comes to remodeling has sucked so far, but i'm glad we found better bath. We will be using them for all our future homes in the valley.

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

Took them over 5 months from start to completion to install our new master bathroom after telling us it would be 5-6 weeks.
Fast forward five almost (5) years later and the cabinets are falling off the walls because they were not properly secured. Since we know we are out of warranty, and we don't want another multi month fiasco in our bedroom, we will have to bring in another contractor to reinstall our master sink and cabinets again.
We wanted our dream bathroom, we did not go with the cheep contractor here. Very disappointing.

This was by far the best remodeling experience I’ve ever had. Justin Packwood was great to work with, he was professional, always on time, he cleaned up after each day and his work was fantastic. My bathroom remodel is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend him for any job.
