Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. They SURPASSED my highest expectations and we HIGHLY recommend Allure Bath Services.

Phx home remodeling demoed my outdated bathroom and made my dream bathroom a reality. From the first meeting I felt confident that they would do good work. Their whole remodeling process is so streamlined and stress free. And while they may be pricier than other companies, the lack of stress I had through the remodel is absolutely worth it. They communicate quickly and punctually, which is not something I had experienced with other places. The people working on my bathroom were always on time, professional, and courteous. They post progress pictures through the process so even if you can’t physically get in the space to see, you know that work is being done. I would use this company again for my kitchen when it is time.

They went the extra mile to make sure it was adorable and exactly what we wanted. What an amazing experience and new Kitchen we walked away with!!! Both friendly and professional would never go anywhere else!!

Hands down best contractor. Not only knows the industry but the passion they have for their work is enviable. A solid and passionate work ethic goes a very long way in that business & it shows in their craftsmanship!

Marcus did a great job remodeling my bathroom. He was prompt, let me know what was happening,Was careful about moving things in and out of the house and cleaned up every day.The bathroom looks great now. Everything installed looks and works perfectly. I’m very happy with Marcus’s work. I would highly recommend him for any project.

I would like to give a 1-Star review but to be fair, I will give a 2-star review because the job was completed. Just as a quick overview, I would not recommend Holtzman Home Improvement.

PROS and CONS List below:

PROS:

*Bathroom remodel was completed.

*Liked cabinet finishes and style options.

CONS:

*We were given a timeline of 6-8 weeks for project completion but ended up taking 6 months.

*In contract, the introduction page says that Brandon Holtzman “… will personally meet you and visit your job site several times throughout your project to ensure quality and care is not only in the workmanship but also in our demeanor.” Never met the man; not even once.

*“Designer” which they refer to as “sales-person”, had a hard time keeping up with the demands of our project. Made numerous mistakes in terms of measurements that caused wrong products to be ordered and mistakes in the actual remodel. Assumed certain details about project without consulting us. Example: Cabinet above toilet was bigger than expected (inaccurate measurements) and overlapped on to the exhaust fan, “Sales-Person” assumed that we were just going to move the exhaust fan altogether; this would have cost us hundreds of dollars to move the fan 2-3 inches.

*Crew would show up whenever, sometimes not at all even though scheduled. Had crew show up at 6am without notice multiple times. Had to state over and over again for a start time that worked for my family; between 7-8am. Nothing ridiculous. No consistency whatsoever.

*Some of the crew did not speak English, which I absolutely didn’t mind at all. But Project manager, “sales person”, did not speak the language. I never expected to be the sole translator numerous times in person and on the phone. Because of this language barrier, numerous mistakes were made on our project.

*Crew would come to job site and not know the status of our project, therefore would ask me questions about what needed to be done, as well as certain technical details that only a professional would know (example: electrical).

*Crew would come to job unprepared and would leave to go to Home Depot for 1+ hours to grab material. Not sure if this is standard, but I believe that they should have been prepared for the day’s work at our project.
*Overpriced. Example: Updated replacement of bathroom exhaust fan that was picked up at home depot for around $45.00-$55.00 and less than an hour to install, cost almost $400.00.

*Project manager forgot to discuss details of our project to team so there were details that were left out. Example: Requested to have a shower bench installed; shower was “completed” with no shower bench.

*Project manager and “sales-person” should have communicated more in terms of our project details; numerous mistakes could have been avoided.

*Low quality of materials: tile/grout. Numerous tiles are cracked, chipped, and grout has already started to come out in chunks. Also, grout that was never wiped off, has solidified and won’t come off.

*Already have water damage; yes, water damage in a bathroom on a pony wall that neither the project manager and “sales-person” gave input on how to finish to avoid said water damage.

*Was double charged, and charged for work not done. Caught mistakes by thoroughly reviewing receipt and was reimbursed. If I didn’t catch these details we would have easily been overcharged.

*At the completion of the project you are given a 5-year warranty. We have recently contacted Holtzman Home Improvement to come and fix said damage and have not heard back; it has been a few weeks already.

*Their slogan is “People should do business with people they trust”; would not recommend.

Robert our tech was great. Very professional and thorough. We can't even tell there was ever a hole in the wall. The orange peel matches perfectly. Most importantly Nancy loves it.

Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

We would definitely recommend hiring Ross for your home remodel needs!

We loved working with Bret and the Rise Above team on our home remodel! Everything turned out so beautifully - the pictures speak for themselves. They only use the best products and features. We love having a pull out for our cutting boards / cookie sheets, built-in trash & recycling, lazy susan, etc. in our new kitchen. The timing for everything was perfect and the project stuck to plan. Every person who came to the house was so personable and nice and really treated our home like their own. We can't wait to work with them again on our upcoming bathroom remodels.

Had the exterior of my house painted... new countertops... sink and faucet installed...also new light and outlet outside ...

Our salesman, Jack Bartholomew, was very helpful and courteous. He made the transaction easy. The main installer, Perry Huckaby, was the most hard working man, and he did a beautiful job...awesome!!! All in all, the job of remodeling our two bathrooms was completed on time and turned out beautifully!

Professional team!

My contractor took me to meet Anthony when I was doing my first remodel on my first investment property. Everything was new to me and I was learning some tough lessons. Fortunately Anthony made it an easy and a stress free process to pick something nice out while being mindful of a budget. The overall result is awesome and the cabinets look great. Will be in touch on the next remodel!

Veny and his crew did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom and BBQ.It was a big job and he came in on budget ,on time and the workmanship was very professional.Would definitely recommend AZ Granite !!!

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

Our Project Superintendent Jerry Thompson was by far the best superintendent we’ve worked with. His dedication and attention to detail were spot on. Several of the issues were taken care of by Jerry before we had to bring it to anyone else’s attention. I would recommend legacy for your future remodeling projects. The out front scheduling process is one thing that could be improved overall most of the sub contractors were pretty reliable.

Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.
