The Fire Damage Restoration service was incredibly responsive and professional. They were able to restore my home quickly and efficiently and I was so impressed with their work.

Our house flooded just before the Holidays. Zona came in to handle our restoration. Bob, our project manager, was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He walked us through every phase of the restoration so we knew what to expect and so there were no surprises. We would gladly recommend Bob and his team.

We used Acuity Builders for our personal home after a lift station malfunctioned in our basement. The attention to detail from Kenny was fantastic as well as the communication and deliverable of the remodel. I would highly recommend Acuity and happen to be calling them again to assist us in repair after a more minor leak this time but definitely a job I know they will deliver on and do so in a timely manner.

They were hired by my apartments property managers to fix water damage in my unit. It took them two months to get approved to do the work, then several weeks past the date they told me it would be done to finish the work. They left my closet doors unattached and just laying in the bathroom plus a huge mess to clean when I got home from work. When I told them to get someone out to install the doors, they told me it would be nearly another week to get a 5 minute job completed. Bad communication as well, I had to reach out to them several times during the process because they never kept me informed of when they planned to enter my apt. Just a bad experience all around. Sad thing is that most of the employees were very nice and did good work. That's why they got 2 stars.

We first worked with DriRite-CMG3 in 2016. They were referenced to us by our insurance company after our home had undergone a water leak. In April 2019 we experienced another water leak within our home. Without hesitation, we once again reached out to DriRite-CMG3. They were prompt to come to the residence to initiate drying of the water impacted area. However, it took a few calls within that first week to work through the insurance to move forward with the leak repair. We once again were excited by our experience with the plumber (Andrew). Also, the thoroughness of the water mitigation tech (Angel) was refreshing. However, things went south after that initial work was done and the first payments were made to the business. The Operations Manager (Paul Bailey) stop replying to emails and phone calls. It took several attempts before we were able to get a response from him regarding the gameplan of work to be done to our home, pricing, impact and scheduling. My husband and I were continually flexing our schedules to try to complement DriRite's adhoc planning. This back-and-forth process continued for over 5 weeks, before they came forward and told us they could not do the work. I would not recommend this company to others. DriRite-CMG3 needs to work on their accountability, communication and customer service. If they can't manage workload they need to come forward prior to committing to a project.

Do not use this company. If you don’t care about them being on time or caring about there work being clean or leaving drywall foot prints all over your house and driveway, nails in my driveway and the street then this is your company. Tyson was unprofessional and non responsive. I wish I could give zero stars. I’m an easy going guy just call and show up when you’re supposed to and take pride in your work. Not asking too much. Seeing all the reviews I’m betting they “won’t find me in there records” but seems to be a reoccurring problem I wish I would’ve read the reviews before letting them work on my house.

After our water damage, Valley Services was johnny on the spot. They tore everything out and dried up the area, and then went to work on getting everything put back together and took a lot of stress out of a stressful situation. I would highly recommend!
