Robert our tech was great. Very professional and thorough. We can't even tell there was ever a hole in the wall. The orange peel matches perfectly. Most importantly Nancy loves it.

Extremely pleased with the work performed. Everything delivered as promised. Our craftsman, Eric Schwab, was terrific.

Upon a bathroom remodel we wished done, we called Legacy Design. At first the lady Beth was very helpful. Going through ways to save but knew what we wanted. Our job was not big at all just a simple shower remodel to a walk in for an older woman who needed it.

We set up the appointment. My schedule is very tight and my time like anybodies is very valuable. Well they pretty much completely did not show. The next day Beth apologized and took requirements for the remodel and said she would call me back with an estimate as making it out that day would be impossible with such a busy day she can't even make up for missing out on an scheduled appointment but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt.

She called back but this time her tone was different. She was not as cheery as before and sounded like she was making excuses for us to not want to take the job or a reason. by giving an outragous estimate nearly 3x the amount that other experienced contractors were offering for the bid and a reason for her guys not to make an actual appointment to give us a real estimate.. I asked her to send me the estimate via email and said she would get it to me and I would have called her back after I reviewed it. Never received the email nor follow up call.

Even though our job was small, they all start somewhere and referrals, word of mouth, go along way in adding business. I can not recommend this business as its product may be amazing as I am sure it is, but its service is disappointing.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

I seldom post reviews, but my experience with Scott and Lorrie was so good that I had to post this review.

After being locked inside for a year due to the pandemic, we just couldn't stand our house anymore! So we decided to remodel the whole thing. Lorrie worked with us for two weeks coming up with a design that we absolutely loved, and Scott and his team made it our dream with so little fuss or mess, it was unbelievable. They even finished the project sooner than expected. We now love our home again. Thank you!!

Very disappointed in Design Lab. We hired them for 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom closet. Contractors are still working but getting close to finalization yet there is still no closet which should have been here by now. Just heard from Bri that the closet will ship from Chicago July 26 and will be in Phoenix the following week. All of our clothes and shoes are laid out throughout the house making life miserable while one half of the house is blocked off for renovations. BE CAREFUL UP FRONT ON TIMING WITH THIS COMPANY and THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME you along the way for various things they forgot to order. I will show you receipts if they say otherwise. Also, if doing bathrooms, know that they don't price the shower doors, sliding doors or granite counter tops. That will also be an expense you will pay additionally and you will have to order on your own as we did. Truthfully, you can do the design yourself. hind sight is 20/20. Hoping the closet get here soon!

Fantastic job! Serrano did an amazing job and what fast and attentive service. Keith was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. My kitchen was 4 slabs and artesian mitered edge installed. My dad has been in this business in Jackson Hole for 25 years and Serrano impressed him! Thank you Keith and your installers. Fine work. Highly recommend!

My neighbor with the same kitchen layout paid twice as much for the same great look that I got w/Granite Transformations for less than half the price plus a lifetime warranty! That's a no brainer! This company was recommended to me by someone who has used them in the past, and unfortunately I would not recommend this company to anyone. I contracted with Granite Transformations in April 2022 for kitchen and bathroom cabinet resurfacing, and was scheduled for the cabinet template/measurements almost 2 weeks ago, no one showed up for this appointment or called. I have been attempting to get this worked out since this time with no follow up. I have spoken to three people and sent two e-mails without anyone following up. The last person I spoke to told me she would look into this and gave me her direct number to contact her. I followed up with her after not hearing back for several days and have not heard back from her either. Because no one has followed up with me, I have no choice but to assume this company is taking the 50% deposit they require and has no intentions of fulfilling their contractual obligation. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I do understand things are difficult right now, but there is no excuse for the company not to follow up with a customer.

the beginning she listened and was able to nail the designs every time! Working through a pandemic was challenging, but, she was always available to answer questions, source products and calm nerves! The folks at Home Solutionz - Phoenix were caring, professional, and enjoyable to work with - both in-store and on the job site, at our home. They helped us find more eco-friendly materials, going over options and pulling samples from storage. They have an appreciation for the art and craft of flooring and took the time to explain nuanced differences in the materials. Ernesto was able to transform my home into the inviting/warm atmosphere I always wanted, but never knew how to create. I loved that he created sketches to help me to really see what he had in mind for a space. I found the process of bringing these sketches to live incredibly simple. Ernesto was always open to all feedback, but I found that every time he brought his top selections for furniture design/fabrics, he always hit the nail on the head. Patterns and color schemes I never would have considered before, came together perfectly & created a brightness in my home I never had. Also, with 3 young boys it was very important to me that we focused on durability. I have seen my beautiful pillows tossed every which way in my home & over a year later and they look as beautiful as they did on day 1.

I also feel quite thankful that my appointment with Ernesto overlapped with a landscape designer one afternoon as Ernesto took one look at our backyard & the design we had & with a few sketches transformed a patio area we were working on.

Ernesto listens to his clients, follows thru on commitments made, and is truly just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services.

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
