Chris and his installers are great! They did my cabinetry for my new custom home and it turned out wonderfully! We did have an initial set back. The wrong color was ordered for a few cabinets. A easy enough mistake, with blame in multiple places. It happens. You learn a lot about someone based on how they respond to a mistake. Chris took ownership, quickly dealt with the issue and kept us on schedule purely on his effort. I can't speak any higher for that level of professionalism. It is an extremely rare trait in the construction industry. There is a reason my GC has used Chris for 25+ years.

Met with Kym for some ideas related to our kitchen and bath remodel. Visiting the showroom was a fantastic experience. They have everything you need right there in the showroom or you can choose to get your own from other suppliers. Kym was there to guide us through the design process and handed us off to the Project Manager once the planning was done. All the professional installers were friendly, neat and efficient. From start of the installation till completion was around 40 days. Highly recommend Premier!

You won't be disappointed if you choose MK for your total remodeling needs! They were professional, knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of the construction process. The MK team did not disappoint from start to finish across all phases of our total home remodeling project including a full kitchen, baths (2) remodel along with flooring, interior doors, trim and lighting replacements -essentially the entire house. Each member of the MK team provided value add services from the initial design phase through to the construction phase ultimately delivering an amazing and beautiful, like new, home for our enjoyment. We were equally impressed especially given the size of our project with the simplicity of the entire remodel process with the MK team making each phase of the project a smooth and enjoyable experience. We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - and after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodel team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped steer us in the right direction, gave us a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to pick out tile, granite, etc.. They also listening to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have already engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).”

Unmatched in work quality, daily clean up and follow up after the project is finished. Definitely would use Sanels Wholesale Cabinets again for future projects!

Audrey from Home Solutionz contacted me about a master bath remodel that we had been looking to do for the last two years, I told her I wanted to make sure they were going to manage this project and all the work could be taken care of BEFORE WE STARTED and she indicated that she had all the subcontractors lined up. We delayed agreeing until she promised to get all the vendors together to go over the work before the project started to make sure there were no issues with the various work that was scheduled. That never happened, even after the project was delayed by a week ONE HOUR before they were supposed to start. She only showed up on the first day work started (the day the project was fully paid for) and never returned and only finally texted me after everything was supposed to be done, never called to see how the project was going while it was happening. I ended up managing everything. One of the subcontractors for the drywall and glass block work only showed up a week after the project started and then never actually submitted a quote, so I have to go out and find other contractors to finish the work so I can actually USE my bathroom, and it wasn’t available for guests this thanksgiving, that was fun.

The actual tile work that Martin and his father did is excellent. The plumbing work by Freddy of AC by Jay was also good, so the subcontractors were great. That was the only thing Audrey was correct about. I’d hire the subcontractors again and refer them to others, so that is the only thing Home Solutionz actually accomplished. We canceled part of the install, yet that part of the job was never refunded and we have been charged the full amount, although a couple of extra $10 trimpieces did need to be added on, so I guess that equals out, NOT, but they wouldn’t know about it because nobody from Home Solutions even bothered to talk to me after they had charged my Credit Card.

So IF you want to pay a middleman who never actually does anything other than put you in contact with subcontractors who aren’t big enough to have advertising budgets, go ahead and hire Home Solutionz. I did receive one text from the Briana, the project manager, only that it was being delayed by a week exactly ONE HOUR prior to starting and after I had received several scheduling emails and texts confirming that work was going to be started on that Monday morning. Otherwise, I was inundated only with emails from this company requesting referrals for a $100 kickback from the company. I won’t be using Home Solutionz again and I doubt I’d ever recommend them or whoever Paul Turpin is.

Pro Source sold us tile that is manufactured by Landmark Ceramics. Neither they or the manufacturer are willing to replace my defective tile.
Landmark Ceramics is totally fighting against being responsible for selling us defective tile. I have had two inspectors confirm it is defective.
Their newest excuse - THEY MADE NO WARRANTY TO THE QUALITY OF THE TILE THEY SOLD!
Seriously? Knowing that they don't stand behind their tile, would you want to buy from them?

Update: 2 years later and we are still in a legal battle. Went to a mandatory arbitration ordered by the court. Came to an agreement, now they are backing out as our attorney did not extend the active case as he expected it to continue to settle. Now we have to sue them to adhere to the legal binding agreement we have. All this while my tile continues to disintegrate. I have spent over 40G on legal so far.

What’s striking, is the level of craftsmanship and detail that went into my clients project! From custom wall coverings and finishes, to the final touches, everything was exquisite!

In the past 20 years, we have lived through three large remodel projects with three different contractors. McCurdy construction is by far the best. During the process of meeting with contractors for estimates, we were impressed with Tom Haberman's knowledge and really appreciated his ideas on what we could do. None of the other contractors discussed options that we never thought of or dreamed was possible. Once on board with McCurdy, we met with Tom and the design team at McCurdy's show room. Leyda and Kaitlyn were also very knowledgeable, had great ideas and made it a fun experience. Fortunately we didn't have to live in the house during construction but came by every day to see the progress. Rob and his crew were incredibly polite, respectful and flexible with us popping in. With the major work behind them, the attention to detail in finishing up small things, many of which we didn't even see, continued to leave us with a sense of complete and total satisfaction that we chose the right company. My older brother has worked in construction most of his life and he agreed that we had the best of the best on our project. Previous experiences with contractors left much to be desired with communication but there was never a lapse in updates on progress or work to be scheduled. My expectations were exceeded and we are extremely pleased with the results. Photos are from the same perspective before and after construction.

I highly recommend New Age Cabinet Coatings! Victor, Luis and the rest of the team were professional, polite and did a great job. Job was completed on time and they were easy to work. Communication was excellent and start to finish all agreements kept. As with any project there will be mess and disruption but they took extra steps to make things go as smoothly as possible. If you are looking for a cabinet company , look no further! I love my New Cabinet Look and the experience was excellent!

From start to finish - sales to installation - my experience with Reborn has been great. I love the product and Tyler Steward, the installer, was very professional and competent. Thanks also to his assistant Esteban Kolb. I highly recommend.

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out and we discussed options. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.

Warehouse person was not there. Took 3 hrs to unload me

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
