I was promised a 2 week install June 2022. They installed the cabinets February of 2023. When the installer was done I signed the release paperwork. A week later when the appliances arrived, I found out that they mismeasured the refrigerator cavity and the stackable washer-dryer. The appliances don’t fit. When I asked for them to come fix it they said no, you signed the paperwork accepting the install. DON’T USE CABINETS TO GO!

They were very polite and helpful also very good priced compared to other companies. I looked around for a couple weeks for cabnets because my insurance company just tore out my kitchen because of water damage. I needed one fast and Mike said they could get my kitchen in 4 weeks when everyone else told us 8 weeks or more. I wanted a nice kitchen without the huge price tag. They were

This is/was a complex purchase as we purchased the cabinets prior to the completion of a major remodel of the 48 year old kitchen. Dimensions changed and cabinets needed to change. There were some mid project communication issues, as we live 118 miles from the Phoenix store. I talk “Lou” and the store talks “Cabinets” which are not necessarily compatible. Once we got together with Mark at the store, things went great. He was able to explain everything rework the cabinets to make the package better than our original thoughts and we actually saved OK more money. We’re looking forward to a really solid insulation.

Mark is outstanding, that said the ownership or management of the Phoenix location is not. We purchased our kitchen cabinets and counter tops. During the install of the cabinets we were told we were the last install for them because they were having issues getting paid, (the installers cut our islands power at the cement slab resulting in a need to hire and electrician). We then were officially measured for the counters and told we would receive a call.. well 2 weeks later I called and was told that they cancelled the contracts for all counter with a main provider due to mutual disagreements. I would need to start the whole process again with over 6 weeks lead time again. Marc attempted to assist and try to get us a discount/coupon anything and was shut down. Bottom line they do not care for their customer (how many months without a kitchen...) and they can not keep contractors so they are failing people they employ and people they provide service to.

I would like to post zero stars for this company but not possible. They state the warranty is transferable. Lie! #1 they only want to deal with the person that purchased the cabinets. You have to have the purchase order number the person had for the cabinets in YOUR property in order for them to even take the time to help you. Mark at the Phoenix store is rude, short and quick to dismiss you by telling you 1-800-CABINETS is the number you should call for help. Maybe he is too busy trying to lie to a customer in the store and wants to get off the phone quickly.
Spare yourself the aggravation and don't do business with this company. They are not there to build a relationship with the customer. They just want to sell and off you go.

Well to tell you the truth about this company that claims to sell cabinets, My experience so far has been the worst ever. Can not get a salesman to call back after sitting in front of him for about 45 minutes the prior day getting an estimate. Numerous calls to this place the next day to finalize the process

I advise considering going anywhere other than here to get your cabinets. I visited this store several times while trying to design and purchase cabinets and could write an essay detailing how negative my experiences were. We ended up choosing a more time consuming but cost effective option from Home Depot on their 30% off sale that they run on and off very consistently. Cabinets to Go may seem affordable but the cabinets don't come assembled which is a huge time commitment if you plan to install yourself. I also discovered that 'in-stock' cabinets doesn't actually mean that they are in-stock locally so if you insist on going this route, be sure to clarify your actual in-stock/delivery timeline early on. Again, consider my advice....save your sanity and go anywhere else where you'll be treated like a paying customer.

Ordered cabinets for a mini-kitchen remodel. Received great quality cabinets with missing parts (yes, they have to be put together). Called their 800 customer service line. Was told parts would be sent to me. GROUND. Not overnight. Not available as an option. Took 3 weeks to get missing parts. WRONG PARTS arrived. Called back. MORE parts coming. Ground. Not overnight. Here’s what I sent to the last rep (I’ve spoken to 3 or 4 of them): “I appreciate your follow up. I recognize that this is not your fault, and certainly not your decision to not offer overnight shipping of the missing parts. But I hope you can understand my frustration. Clearly these are small items, but they have a large impact in the construction of the cabinets! Without them, the cabinets are not fully constructed nor complete. The company’s policy to not offer overnight shipping is NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED. By not acknowledging that the failure to do a quality check on the items shipped to customers, that the poor workmanship of the product, that the unwillingness to provide a quick resolution — your company is clearly showing that they do not value its customers and their satisfaction.
Yes, you and the past customer care representatives have been very friendly and helpful despite the policies of the company. However, friendly and helpful only works if you resolve the issue. The waiting time — in excess of 3 weeks - has pushed my project back months due to the schedule of the contractor doing the work in my home. A simple response by overnighting the missing pieces — which costs less than $20 — would not just help resolve the issue, it would make a very frustrated and unhappy customer, a now satisfied one that would be an advocate for the company. Customers spend thousands of dollars on products from your company. I can tell you - I WONT be coming back to Cabinets To Go for future cabinet purchases. I would pay DOUBLE for cabinets from a company that offers a more reasonable approach to resolving problems with their products. Please share these comments with anyone in your chain of command who cares about the future of their company. As you can be assured that I will be sharing my feedback with anyone who asks me about my experience with Cabinets To Go. It’s quite disappointing.”

Sales specialist Mark Johnson has been amazing to work with. My wife is super detailed and at times can be a challenge to work with but he was so patient and spent hours with us perfecting our kitchen design.

The experience at cabinets to go was so terrible, the worst experience in my life and I would never recommend this place to anyone. The sales person did not care in anyway shape or from, no urgency to return emails calls etc. He ordered the wrong cabinets; yes you heard me wrong cabinets- style and color. Settled for a small discount but still not worth it for a second! Using their installer, the installation was of the cabinets was poor so we had to use plywood to even out the porcelain countertops for installation. The quality of the cabinets are also poor, I would love to go back in time and never return to this place. I would recommend no one spend one more penny in this shop. Poor quality, poorest service.

I my self had a hard time reaching the store, so I decided to go in and see what the holdup was. When I got there I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes before I was able to receive help. They had one guy one guy working entire store running back-and-forth and helping people the phones are going off he was answering calls for helping people by the time he got to me I felt bad and told him I can just drop off my designs and he can get back to me later but he decided to help you out anyway the price was out of my range but I felt the need to let others who visit the know what the situation really is. This was a smaller projects that I was trying to meet a budget but I will sure be back because of the hard work that I got to see with my own eyes I worked with Oc he didn't complain when I asked him if the company was going to get him any help you he said you just Gotta do what you Gotta do and let me know the best way to get things done right now was just send email project details and he would be able to get back to me with a quote. Other than that their products were pretty nice and the price was reasonable for higher end flips and personal projects, so far I have referred three people to him. Ciao

I worked with Oc on our project, we brought in our design and measurements from Lowe's he gave us a better design and saved us from making design mistakes that were not caught in the previous design. We love our new cabinets only down side is that they need help! Everytime I visited there was only two people with clients and phone's going it's hard to reach them by phone but they were quick responding to my emails and calling back. Get these boys some help

Bought top of the line Cabinets, warranty problems with cracking and wood shrinking.

Company would not fix suggested I take cracked doors to wood working business to have them fixed. Promise to pay but 6 months and still no cheque. Would not buy here again.

First time I have ever written a 1star review. If I could give them zero I would. I advise to NOT use this company. After weeks of delays, receiving the wrong product, being told it the computers, its the shipping, it the local office, it the national office I finally gave up and finished the kitchen with an other supplier. I took my complaint to the regional manager directly and was again told they would make it write and take care of it . . . but nothing, except more excuses. It was much more the time and lack of consideration that bothered me. I don't know how they stay in business.

We called the day before to make sure they could do a mock up of the full kitchen (cabinets, counter top , sink and flooring) we are planning to remodel . The man on the phone was great so we then drove an hour and a half today and we we’re told in a very rude and condescending manner from the employee seating at the desk he could not help us unless we had exact measurements. We wasn’t helpful in ANY way!
And didn’t bother to show us any products Etc We did this exact scenario In Colorado so we thought Arizona would be helpful as well!

Pricing seems fare, Lacking in customer service. I purchased cabinets for my kitchen and bathrooms for a fix and flip. My order came in two weeks late, 5 weeks total, and were missing soft close hinges, and touch up paint, No problem they were back ordered, 90 days later after calling 8 times, also to the manufacturing plant back east, I was told they were on the next truck, My house sold and finally a month after closing I got my parts, Im not sure how a cabinet company sells cabinets without a all the pieces they need, Anyway just allow a long time and be patient, I do like their cabinets.

Actually posting this for my grandma, because she doesn't get the internet. I had purchased my cabinets from Cabinets to Go about a year ago and was very impressed. They were the lowest price in town and the quality is excellent. Her cabinets were delivered in 2 weeks and look like they cost 4 times as much. Would definitely recommend.

I just purchased all new cabinets to remodel our cabin and was very impressed with Olivia. She was great to work with and very knowledgeable about what I should and shouldn’t do in the remodel process. I would highly recommend asking for her if you are getting a bid from the Phoenix store.

Oc helped me out today, I showed up right at closing due to some traffic and he stayed and helped me price out me kitchen. pricing was out of my range but I felt it was necessary to show my thanks for keeping him over an hour after closing.

Horrible! Me and my classmates were calling to see if they could donate cabinets and they did not give us any information regarding the cabinets. The guy who we called was very rude and hung up on us. Then someone else answered and they gave me a car repair number smh?

Just to find out when we could get our already paid for cabinets installed, we were always told they were to busy helping new customers... They were supposed to be installed this week but now they are telling us (only after contacting their headquarters) that they will tentatively install on the 28th...

I ordered my cabinets over a year ago several of them came damaged, 15 months later I’m still waiting on my replacement. Everyone that I spoke to never seems to know what’s going on this company is very unprofessional! Save your money go elsewhere!

The cabinets are cheap, warped, split apart, and doors have bad paint jobs. I’ve put together 2 kitchens in flips and had nothing but issues with them. They are already coming apart fresh out of the boxes the sides have major warps causing the sides to break apart while screwing them in. You get what you pay for. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP

The prices were okay but the service was not good. When we walked in, the salesperson did not get up from his desk and greeted us from all the way across the room and we could barely hear him and didn't work with our ideas for cabinets.

Went in as a repeat customer not the same service for sure.. the person working today who helped us didn’t seem too happy to be there.
They advertised 70% off but had nothing in stock for the deal and the price was almost tripled in price. unfortunately for us we won’t purchase now nor will we be back.

I live right down the street from this place and I decided to make a visit today to pick out a bathroom vanity. Very poor customer service. I got no eye contact from either employee and they're sitting right in front of the entrance. No stars for this place at all.
