My contractor took me to meet Anthony when I was doing my first remodel on my first investment property. Everything was new to me and I was learning some tough lessons. We did a total remodel of our house. When I wasn’t happy with something, they fixed it. They weren’t good about cleaning up after themselves. I told them I wanted the ceilings painted white, but Jake picked his own color of off white. One of the windows they put in was faulty and months later they replaced it, had it stuccoed, but never came back to paint it. They don’t respond to my texts. I painted it myself. We are happy with the end result, but you have to keep on them.

We recently purchased a home in Peoria that was in need of updated finishes, paint and flooring. Being from out of state, we did not know who to contact. We were very lucky to receive a referral to Veny, and his business, AZ Granite and Remodeling. We had interviewed other contractors who did not seem interested in taking on the project. We found Veny to be quite different. He was eager to listen to our vision for the project, and he offered reasonable suggestions to save time and money. It was quite obvious that he knew what he was doing, and he gave us a written quote, which was very reasonable, after our first meeting. HIs crew took out the old worn floor tile, then replaced it with new tile. The entire indoors of the house was freshly painted. A kitchen island was constructed and new quartz countertops were installed throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with the results, the timetable for completion, and the price we paid. We highly recommend AZ Granite and Remodeling.

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

The firm is excellent in every aspect of the business. The owner, Neil, is hands on and it shows in the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the staff. Each person we interacted with was excellent. No task was too great, no request was unmet. We were able to visit the shop on multiple occasions to ask questions and even to see the work in progress. We presented them with a tough job but everyone looked upon it as a welcome challenge and not a burden. We highly recommend Designer Remodeling and you will be totally satisfied if you use them. The team at Legacy saved my mental state after a different company left my bathroom in shambles. I contacted Legacy because I had seen the work they did on my parents house years before and knew they would be able to salvage and restore our bathrooms dignity! Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.
