We just went through Sunset Tile and Bath to have our tub removed and shower elongated. We found this the best experience we have ever had with a business. Everyone who we had contact with from Mark M. to Christian with his beautiful tile setting, Mark R, Paul, the plumbers were all courteous, patient, honest and highly skilled. We absolutely love our new shower and would highly recommend Sunset Tile and Bath.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Designers and contractors nailed my project in the head. Master bedroom/bathroom was transformed beautifully. The attention to details is what separates them apart from previous works with other companies. Highly recommend Hotlzman home remodeling. They are a fantastic group to work with.

We just finished our third project with TWD, a master bathroom remodel. As with the first two projects, they were extremely professional, always kept us informed on project status, and most importantly finished on time! You would be amazed how often you hear how workers don't show, unexpected costs pop up, and overall quality is poor. NONE of these have ever been a concern when working with TWD, and in fact, we just signed on for our fourth project with them. You will not regret hiring TWD for your next home remodeling project!

Sloppy work. Chaotic amateur subcontractors from all over. One day they never even showed up nor did they call me as to why. Had to have them come back to redo things several times. Several things left unfinished. Who paints a door with the knob on? Really. See pics. Sloppy paint job too. They couldn't be bothered to use a single solid piece of wood on my garage-- they pieced together leftovers. See pics. They initially built the garage door opening too narrow for the door, had to redo. WTF. The brand new back door they installed doesn't latch properly. They didn't properly strap down the  water line in my garage so it was slapping. They had to go up and redo that and in the process of that they broke thru my ceiling and did a crap patch job and didn't come back to paint it. Seriously. See pic. Complete amateur sloppy work. One contractor stole my brand new ladder I got as a housewarming gift. Another contractor used my new step stool as his own getting paint and crap all over it. They washed their paint with my new hose getting paint all over it and my yard. There's more but this review is long enough as it is. They never returned call after I brought these issues up. Can't recommend. UPDATE: a few months later they called me concerned about the bad rating, and I told him exactly what was wrong and they saw the pictures, and they seemed concerned about fixing the issues but then never got back to me, so I removed one more star apparently as they don't even care about their own reputation.

Our project was enclosing a small lanai and adding a 17’ x 40’ Workshop. Their bid (I obtained 4) was very competitive and we enjoyed working with Bret. He was always on top of everything pertaining to our project and was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The workmanship was first class and we plan to hire them for future home improvements. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to refinish their tub or shower, and the pricing is much cheaper than ripping out everything and replacing the bathtub. Very pleased with their work!

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. I'm not one to write reviews or post online; however, it would be a disservice to not share our experience with anyone looking to remodel. I posted the before and after pictures for visual reference. West Haven Builders did a phenomenal job with our kitchen remodel. They listened to what we envisioned and turned it into a reality. They were professional, responsive, and provided quality service as well as outcomes. For my particular job they were able to give me an estimate via email and they stuck to it. They came out on short notice. The electrician that came out (Hiram), was on time, professional and personable. He did great work and clean up after himself as well.

Not only is their workmanship of great quality, but they are people you can trust which is so important when opening your home (literally, walls, ceiling, flooring, all of it)! Many crews can do the job, but few do it with the integrity, commitment, and smile that the AZ Neighbor team does it with. Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.

I tried to call for some advice, and was greeted with, You know what? We are in a meeting now. You'll have to call back. So condescending. Good luck with that approach.

From the quote to the completion of the work, was a fantastic experience! Rob, Joe and demo crew (Jesus), tile layer (didn't get his name) and installer(Chris) all were outstanding! Our 1980's master bath is now our own spa retreat and as promised completed before the Thanksgiving Holiday. Will highly recommend this company.
