Job done in 3 days, and done right.

WOW! What a great experience it was having Re-Bath remodel our guest bathroom. From the consultation to the completion of the project! The designer, Jim Blackburn, was very helpful with putting the material samples together so that we could see what we liked. He set my phone up with an app that would allow me to communicate directly with the whole crew that was working on the job. I received introduction texts from the team that would be coming to my home so when they knocked on my door I already knew them! Our project technician, Andrew was such a delight to work with. He is very professional, very personable and he takes great pride in his work. Right before he was finished I noticed that the counter top was not what I thought I ordered. I called Jim and he came out to look and it was correct but I couldn't accept it. It didn't feel right. Jim told me it could be replaced with an additional charge and that didn't sit well at all with me. We talked some more, he made some phone calls and the counter top was replaced at no charge. To me, that is top notch customer service that is very rare these days. They were able to install (jumped through many hoops) it the next day. I have a beautiful guest bathroom and I have so much trust in Re-Bath to call them again to do our master bath. Thank you Re-Bath for quality, professionalism and outstanding customer service. I had my bathroom remodeled a few years back and I used Sunset Tile. I found them online and after speaking to Mark and visiting with him I decided to hire him for the job. He did great work and years later we’re still very happy with everything that was done. Thanks Mark.

Holtzman home improvement impressed me from the moment I walked in the show room. Johnny the designer was amazing. He listened to me and created the perfect remodel for my house that truly match the picture I had in my head. When construction started we had a few issues with the project manager and it felt as though the project would never get done. Then Will Stubblefield took over as project manager and saved the day. He was wonderful, open, and worked hard to meet every deadline he gave us. His expectations for the project exceeded my expectations. I now have a wonderful newly remodeled house that I love.

Had Rise Above Remodeling install a new kitchen in my home and I could not be happier with the results. The team at Rise Above listened to our requests on what we wanted for the cabinets and counter tops and they exceeded all of our expectations. I will admit there were a few issues during the redo of our shower but in the end everything turned out beautifully. I have to say all of the people we had direct contact with were very courteous & professional. They listened to our concerns & questions. We do want to send out special recognition to Keaton Linford. He was so informative, very thorough and paid the greatest attention to detail. I would actually say he went above and beyond on many occasions. We would recommend Re-bath if you are considering a bathroom update. If you have a chance to request the finish installer definitely ask for Keaton Linford! Thank you to Joe, Chris, Brett, KEATON, Hunter and Marcus. I hope I didn’t forget anyone.

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

RWR has such a great group of people, both RER staff and the subs. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, helpful and competent. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, Kevin and the crew met the challenges and I now have two beautiful bathrooms and an awesome kitchen. Thanks to you all for the great job and for alleviating any stress I may have had before the project started. I would definitely recommend RWR to everyone.

ABA turned my tub bathroom into an amazing enclosed shower. They were professional, punctual and helpful. Joe protected my floors and walls. He was a joy to work with. I highly recommend them.

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

I had used XLT to install tile a few years ago, living room and hall wood look tile and they installed with a 1/3 split to make it look like real wood. Leonel called every day making sure all was well. The workers showed up on time every day and did an excellent job. Finished project was perfect. Now I am re-tiling baths and though not a large job, still received excellent service and again bath #1 has been tiled work was again perfect. Leonel called after the job was complete to get feedback on the tile installer whom did an awesome job. So, it was worth my time to review this company I have not used for any other projects other than tile however I would not hesitate to contact Leonel for other projects. He is very involved even on a small bath tile job. Which shows me that he takes his reputation seriously, and always makes certain that you were satisfied with not only the finished project but also the worker who did the job. Keep up the good work Leonel.. More companies should do this.

I was first introduced to New Bath at the Arizona home and garden show which I spoke to Colt sands and he set up an appointment, he came out right when he said he would. He let us know that there were delays in material which is a huge thing. Eddie one of the new bath contractors was awesome to work with and extremely nice alongside his colleague. They did an excellent job and took their time on this project. They went above and beyond what they needed to. They also made sure that my dogs were safe while construction was happening which is a huge plus in my book. The owner, John Sands personally came out to my house multiple times and took care of me on whatever I needed. This is why you should always work with small businesses instead of large corporations. The project came out beautiful! I would recommend New Bath to any of my friends and family. Thank you so much!

We had our shower & bath tub remodeled a few weeks ago & honestly could not be happier. Eric, the owner & Angela, the designer, came to our home to meet with us & to give us an idea of length of time for the project & to work on a quote. We, then, met with them, along with Steve, the project manager, at the warehouse to see options & to choose the products that we preferred. They listened to what we wanted & were very receptive to our requests.

The entire team came to our house before the start date so they could discuss what they were going to be doing & to give us the opportunity to meet everyone beforehand. It was reassuring to discuss what was expected of everyone before they showed up.

We worked mostly with Nestor & Eddie. They were both beyond competent & great to work with. They were respectful of our time & that they were in someone’s home. They were so neat & clean. Their work was perfection!

Our bathroom is now a show piece! It came out better than we expected & we can’t say enough awesome things about our Retro Pro experience & the entire staff. We’ve already recommended them to a few friends.
