Fast and good communication throughout the process. I had a broken windshield and a window at my house that needed replacement. They had to schedule two different technicians because their auto glass is separate from their residential glass department. The auto glass was available within 24 hours but I had to wait a couple weeks for the dual pane glass to be ordered. I guess the residential windows are custom made here in Phoenix. The windshield was replaced at my home in the driveway and the technician did a great job. A week or so later my home window glass was replaced and I'm very happy with the way it looks. Great job!

Emily, whom was the point of contact scheduled my appointment via: phone/text all while I was working - What a plus! - Especially, since I engage in multiple situations throughout the week.On the day of my window tinting appointment - I was greeted by the one and only Emily and her fellow colleagues. The space is clean and has the world's comfiest leather lounger. In particular, a space where you can relax, grab a snack and or coffee while you wait for your service to be complete. Two weeks upon my arrival, Emily did set the expectation of timing - reg: tinting. So, I didn't mind waiting 2 hours.While I waited - I was greeted by car-wrap expert Bobby as I was curious about all things 'car wrap'. Of course, I added one more 'knowing' to my piggy bank of knowledge after the conversation. Which could be a potential car-wrap situationship in the near future as I choose.Lastly, yet never the least. Let's talk about Angel. This particular gentleman spent his time and attention to go-over my options with me upon taking action - 'on all 5 windows' - 'sides and rear'. What does that mean? After choosing options - spending two hours of engaged tinting. Upon completion, we did a walk through of the final result - which I am lovin'. Again, he set the expectation and 'how to' manage my windows while these new beauties cure over two weeks. The cool thing is, should any 'little thing' surface after the service is complete - 'cause you know.. some people can be particular' - Clear View Glass and Tint are available to assist at any time.I highly recommend Clear View Glass and Tint for all your tinting needs. Needed the windshield on my 2002 525i replaced, at first they installed the wrong windshield due to communication errors (needed a windshield with a rain sensor shade, was accidentally given one without the shade.) but they had that problem solved asap and had the correct windshield installed very quickly after realizing their mistake. Would definitely come here again, very nice people.
