Best Windows Lock in Phoenix AZ

We had a 3 pm appointment with Brian today, Tuesday 3/23/2021 HE WAS A NO SHOW! No phone call, reschedule, FU nothing! We’re returning natives of AZ and unfortunately, this seems to be standard operating procedure for many companies here. With the competition so incredibly high here, AZ Valley Windows, LLC must think scheduled customers, changing their busy schedules so that yet another Sales Rep can try to sell yet more Vinyl windows is/are not worthy... please, refer to their ratings. This seems to be a common practice. Good luck AZ Valley Windows ? ?

Just wanted to take a moment to share my excellent experience with True View’s installation of new windows at my home. From my initial contact to schedule the appointment to the final installation, I found the company and their representatives knowledgeable, courteous, timely and professional at all times. They provided clear and helpful information about the product, took detailed precise measurements along with appropriate notations about possible issues, arrived on time, worked diligently throughout the process and were thorough in cleaning up at the end of the project. I would like to specifically acknowledge Roy for his care and attention to all the little details that are so often overlooked; he and his helper, Christian, worked together hand-in-glove and provided a great example of teamwork! Ashley in Scheduling was super helpful and maintained such timely contact with me! I will definitely use True View when I’m ready for new patio doors in the near future. Great work all around!

Responsive? When you call at 10:30 am and they are at your house by 11:30. Glass to your house so fast you will freak! Fair pricing. Great Value. Asset to Phoenix!!!!!

They were able to get me in same day and repaired my power window quickly. I recommend them highly and will keep their information on hand if I ever have another power window problem. Employees were great!

The guys called before they arrived and came when they originally scheduled to arrive. Very professional, courteous and nice. I’d highly recommend them and will use them again as we replace other windows!

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

The window quality and workmanship from affordable is outstanding! Windows look amazing and have been complimented by the neighbors. Definitely recommend affordable windows!

We contacted Renewal by Anderson in October of 2021. We met with a representative and were very impressed by his presentation. We ended up purchasing 2 basic sliding glass doors that were estimated to be put in by late December early January. We got a call in November saying the door were done, and the instillation team should be calling us to schedule the install. After almost 3 months, no one contacted us so my wife reached out to them. We then received a text message saying our doors were not made, but to reach out to the install team. We are now estimated to get our doors in April. I've tried contacted Bob, and several managers and have gotten no response. I would never recommend this company. They only care about the sale and after that you are set aside. Their customer service is the worse I've ever dealt with.
