I had a negative customer service experience in dealing with True View Windows & Glass. A small component (locking-latch) on my sliding glass door that True View installed for me a few years ago broke.
First issue: When contacting True View, they directed me to the manufacturer, even though I have no relationship with the manufacturer, and set manufacturer has been purchased by another company. Upon calling the manufacturer, they referred me back to True View as they were the company I bought the product from. True View opened a warranty claim, and referred me back to manufacturer. Manufacturer referred me back to True View. Back and forth, fun…
Second issue: While the part (and labor) is covered via Warranty, True View neglected to tell me that it would be 3+ weeks for a repair. True View blamed the manufacturer of the door for this delay, even though True View boasts a “24-hour service” on their website.
Third issue: When asking True View to have their technicians perform the repair themselves, and me saying that it was a security issue for me to be unable to lock my door, they said that I would have to wait for the manufacturer. I asked them to fix by a set date as a final deadline, and if they did not, that I would be sharing my frustrations. I also asked to speak to the owner or manager, and the agent took my name/phone, but I never got a call back. Instead, I got an email from someone telling me to “not threaten me, my co-workers or this company with what you will do if you don’t get your way in the time frame that you feel is reasonable” NOTE: I never threatened anyone, I simply wanted to give True View a chance to resolve an EASY customer service issue, and probably a 10 min repair job. Instead, they turned around and made me feel like I was to blame for True View’s lack of service.
I originally bought from True View, at a higher cost, based on the service that I expected to get. Instead, I got no service, I simply got “the run-around”, and a 3+ week delayed service (from a 3rd party) for a simple repair job. Be aware before you buy.

Colton and Aerial were awesome. Polite, professional and responsive. They suggested an alternative solution saving me hundreds of dollars. It was so refreshing to deal with such honest young men and a reputable company. I will DEFINATELY use Valleywude Glass in the future and recommend them to my friends

Earlier this week we had two windows replaced and the experience was awesome. Due to window failure of an old upper arch window and water damage created by poor sloping on an exterior “pop out“ surrounding the garden style window beneath it, we needed both replaced. We also wanted the exterior pop out removed and the garden window replacement to be flush with the wall to prevent issues in the future. The sales guy I talked to was thorough, had great color suggestion for the frame and responded quickly to email. The two guys who came out to put in the windows were very neat, cleaned up everything thoughtfully and when a concern over existing water damage arose during installation, came up with a solid solution. They bought additional 2x4 and added extra waterproof material to the framing, explaining what was and wasn’t necessary, while listening to our concerns. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and the quality of work. We will certainly recommend you to our friends.

My husband and I purchased our home a little over six years ago. The house is about thirty years old and still had the original windows. The windows have always been hard to open and close and last year they became impossible to use. We started shopping around with companies at home and garden shows only to get quotes for around $30,000 to replace most of our windows. Due to the high cost we considered weighing the options of replacing the windows ourselves, that’s when we came across LEI Home Enhancements on Facebook. We met with Dustin and he explained the entire process from consultation to measuring to final install and the benefits we would receive with our new purchase. We were shocked to see the showcase promotional quote was half of what we were told by another big brand named company. The install process was a breeze. Beau our installer was amazing. He showed up on time, was friendly and kept a clean work area. He has great work ethic and doesn’t drag his feet on the job. We were very happy with his install which only took about two and a half days from full tear out to final trim for eleven windows. Throughout the entire process Dustin checked in to make sure we were happy with everything and to let us know what to expect. He was wonderful. We now have amazing windows that function great and can already see a difference between our old ones. We are now able to open the house to let in fresh air; the windows have a locking mechanism that makes me feel comfortable to sleep with them open if I choose to. We no longer have wind blowing through our old windows allowing us to keep our heater and AC from working overtime. We have also noticed a huge difference in outside noise. We live on a street that is in a two year construction project so we constantly have equipment and trucks outside our home. With the new windows we can barely tell if there is any construction going on. It is really amazing how much quieter our home is now. Had a unique set of lamps that needed to have some holes drilled in their glass cases. Although I knew it would be tough due to their shape and age, JW and the team shared that they believed they could get it done...after 6 other companies shared they couldn't. Low and behold...BAM...great work completed in a short amount of time at a fair price! These folks will get all of my glass work moving forward.

Phil did a great job replacing a broken window for me. As an out-of-state landlord, sometimes it's hard to know who to turn to for repairs but Phil came recommended. His price was fair and it was worth every penny knowing I could trust him to handle the job and any obstacles my tenant might put in the way. He was responsive and professional.

2 things...1st the insurance was charged for 2.8 hours and her was only here for an hour. 2nd the inside of the windshield was NOT washed - very smeared and looked dirty.

Great service with awesome staff. Now that they moved to their new location, I think it's even better with more displays.

I've had an install of a sliding door and window, purchased another window awaiting install, and I can't wait.

Two years ago IllumiNation replaced 4 windows in our previous house. Today I opened the email with the invoice to find out the price and contacts. I called and asked about replacing 4 windows at my new house but the lady on the phone told me that they take an order of a minimum of 10 windows. I asked when it's changed because this company replaced my 4 windows in 2020 and I have all the documents to confirm it. She told me it's always been like that! That was really unprofessional and even rude.

I called Tacheny when I was having roof leak issues. Jim was very responsive and took the time to come out and explore the issue. He gave me honest sound advice in his evaluation. Very respectable company for your roofing needs!

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.
