I had Universal Glass replace the windshield for my Sequoia. I couldn't believe how accommodating they were with my schedule. When I said I only had an hour window on a specific day of the week, they said they could have a technician there and make the replacement within that time frame. Their billing went through the insurance company and it was replaced without any headaches. It was a flawless experience and I highly recommend Universal Glass!

Started the process in Feb 2022. I was told it would take about 3 months for materials to begin construction. 3-4 days for full remodel. Work began end of May. After demo began I was informed that one of my wall pieces was badly stretched. It was the last piece to arrives, so 3 more months to replace it. I had to make last minute alterations to what was in stock vs. What I ordered. The crew brought the wrong pieces the following day so 2 days now wasted. I had a small shower and large garden tub. Was removing tub for mew walk in shower, and existing shower to become open shelf storage. I also paid extra to replace my counter and sinks on vanity. The first crew was very unprofessional and refused to do any work that was not the shower. After 3 days they left and I waited 2 days for a new crew to finish. Showing up between 10-11am and staying until 7-9 pm over a holiday weekend. Yes I wanted it done, but really? So now 7 days in I was told the glass guys would come verify measurements. They showed up late so I had to have a friend meet them. 2-3 wks I was told for glass. It ended up being 14 weeks. Then on install they had to reschedule because someone called in. 2nd attempt they were short trim, and had to reschedule again. 3rd time now 16 weeks we finally are finished. Feb to Sep to get this done. I wrote to my contact about how disappointed I was in their professionalism and lack of communication. I have never received a reply. Customer service is NOT something this company cares about. My end product was not what I ordered, but it is a nice change from what I had. That is the only thing that was positive about my remodel.

Professional, organized, and installed a beautiful shower enclosure in our home. It's worth every penny to know it was built right and looks incredible.

I was very satisfied with Handymann Connection. My handyman built extra storage under our stairs. He was very professional, on time and went the extra mile to thoroughly explain what our options were. It took three days to complete the job and each time he cleaned the area and in the end we were very satisfied with our extra storage. I would recommend Handyman connection to my family and friends.

Sean came out for the initial bid, he took extra time to explain some things more in detail then others had. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call, text or email him if I had any questions. When I called him to request SDC's certificate of insurance he had no issues sending a copy of it over to me. He emailed me and kept me up to date on when the roofing would start. Brian and the crew came out and did a great job with the roof. They were very respectful of my home and property. They put down drop cloths to try and catch some of the mess flying off the roof. The stuff that missed the tarps, they actually walked around and picked up. These guys must of walked back and forth 100 times getting all the little odds and ends up!! They also brought the leave blower and made sure to get all that extra gravel parts away from the house. Once work was completed Sean promptly sent me an email with my final receipt for work as well as the warranty for the roof. If you want a roofer who is respectful to you and your property and takes pride in making sure your home looks nice you found them here with SDC! Give Sean and his team a chance. So glad I did! Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

Only work with people wanting 5+ windows changed.
