I have Geico and used Nuvision for my windshield replacement. They sent J&M Affordable Auto Glass for the job. Javier installed my windshield for our BMW x5 but it wasn't until my husband drove my car the next day that he realized our HUD (heads up display) was blurry on the glass.

We contacted Nuvision and after some research (by them), they were able to approve another visit to fix the issue. Javier came back again and installed the proper glass that worked with our HUD and now, it's perfect! We can see the HUD clearly on the glass without the literal headache. Best price quote for an out of pocket windshield replacement. 4 days later I ended up with a minor chip in my window driving on the i17 (inevitable) They had a technician out in two days to repair the chip and it's barely noticeable, looks like a small watermark now. Great service, will use them in the future and recommend.

I'm sure they don't expect us to be there longer than their average time but I was there almost an hour, which quite honestly isn't bad until nature calls and they say they have no bathroom.? Will definitely pay the $20 extra next time for mobile service elsewhere.

Too expensive. I went to Tom's Auto Glass down the street. Better service and cool waiting area. Plus they follow all Covid-19 procedures.
