Installation went very smoothly and they cleaned up behind them. It's like they weren't even here. Impressed with how well they sealed the windows against air leaks. Great job by a talented crew working as a team. Outstanding product. Great people to deal with from estimate to installation.

He was so professional, courteous and answered all my questions that I had and even called me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was awesome! Place is great

Illumination is a dream maker. We have wanted a door system for 2 years and Anthony (owner) and his team made it happen. I did quite a bit of research before going with Illumination. Anthony was honest and fair. The crew was always on time and cleaned the area every evening. I was told the entire job would take 1 week and it only took 1 week. Anthony was on site multiple times to make sure everything was going as planned. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!

When others wanted to sell me new windows, he was honest, explained the problem, and fixed the problems quickly and inexpensively. I have used Sevy's services many times over the years and have never had a problem whether it was my house or my commercial building, or my RV. I have not found a problem that he couldn't handle. Ordered all new windows and slider in November 2020. We had to call constantly after 60 days to find out the status of our windows. In early February they were finally installed, but all four windows had scratches, dings and nicks on the frames and weren’t sealed properly. The contractor got angry with me because I asked them to correct it. The owner came out and made us promises, and never followed through. They ordered, through our warranty, for new windows in February 2021. We have not heard a word from them since. Now no one will return our phone calls emails or texts. And they expect us to pay for a faulty product. Terrible

Don't use them if u expected cash back. They don't up hold the 140 to 200 cash back.
