Best Lock Repair/Replace in Phoenix AZ

So far we are very pleased with our new doors that Az Valley Windows has installed. The salesman Jerry was extremely nice and professional. He was not pushy or had the feeling that he was trying to up sell us. The turn around time was a bit longer than expected. The two gentleman who came to do the instillation were on time courteous and did a great job. They didn’t leave a mess and we are very pleased with how the doors have turned out. I Would recommend calling if you are in need of new doors and windows.

I read the reviews before I called them . So decided to use them . Not a great experience. I did not get my email replied to . Then I called them ! We made appointment. He was a no show and didn’t return my call . Finally the next morning I get a text from him !! Not even a personal call to apologize. Kathy

Very easy to make appointment through the phone, gave me a quote and honored it. finished the job in 40 minutes even though i came to my appointment early. they even cleaned the window after!!

The installation team was punctual, clean and professional. I expected the installation of the 5 windows and patio door to take a full day but they were finished within 5 hours. Clean-up was 100% and they were very thorough in explaining the operation on the windows and door. I would highly recommend them and Renewal by Anderson to anyone considering replacing or installing new windows and door. Excellent job.

Called jr. told him the issue he told me to meet him when I was ready. Got there and he had my window repaired less them 20 min.

Top of the line service. I was basically a walk-in. Called Randy at 1:45p about my window. By 2:45, the job was completed and I was out the door!

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

The guys that performed my installation were second to none, they worked clean, efficient and were so respectful. The gentleman that helped me design my project was great as well, and helped me transform my home. We are ready in the event that we have another summer like this past year, because of our new doors and windows.
