Best Interior Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I were referred to AZ Valley, as we are remodeling our 22 year old home. Jerry P. came out and gave us the estimate for a new entry door and windows. He was very thorough and a professional. The install crew was right on time on install day - and they too were very thorough and careful and extremely particular with the installation. The door is beautiful and works great, we could not be happier with the whole experience. We spent quite a bit more for the door we picked, but decided not to skimp and so far it’s worth every dollar. We are quite eager to get the windows next.

No matter what you want they will take care of you.

We’ve had our windows for a couple of weeks now and immediately noticed the difference in the house after the installation was complete. Our gas bill dropped about 50-60% since the installation! The salesman was awesome, the installer did great work, and the exterior of our home looks so much better! We will be using LEI again for some additional windows and doors and we will recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

Eugene U and Brandon O installed my new shower/tub today. They were very prompt and professional. I love the work they did!

They got the materials lined up promptly and helped us choose a color that was available and attractive on our house. The roofers showed up early in the morning, so they could be done before the forecasted thunderstorms arrived. They took care to protect protect our deck furniture from falling debris, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Not one scrap of shingle was left, and no trash was left behind.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Power is the best. First, the new gutters and suffixes in my house which were installed several years ago and still as if they were installed yesterday. Then two years after that new siding which are amazingly stronger and anti dents. Today, the new roof with beautiful shingles installed. These all with lifetime warranties. I would recommend this company 100%

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
