Best Interior Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

We stopped all work when they put the tile down unstaggered. They will take advantage of your kindness and weakness by staying till 10pm on a weekday. Expect you to not bother them on Sunday when they have employees at our house. Agreed to not charge to remove and fix but did not want to pay for replacement tiles. Send only one tile layer . Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in management. Project manager is the only one to talk to. They also took full payment from our account and the job is incomplete. I am currently waiting for someone to resolve this issue..

If I could rate a zero, I would. The first contact with Andy (owner/operator) in his store was great. But then something changed and the owner became a nightmare. He talks WAY too much and it's very difficult to get him to answer the specific question you ask. He never called us back when he said he would and we always had to be the ones to initiate a conversation. He was unbelievably slow with everything and took us calling multiple times and going back into the store again to get any movement. He finally came to our house to price it up and when he told us the price of the flooring, we were happy with it. A couple weeks later, the price was suddenly about $5,000 higher than the original price he gave us. When I pressed him on why, he gave many excuses like there were a couple more stairs he forgot to add in plus removing the floorboards etc, none of which would explain the $5k jump in price. I kept trying to get to the bottom of it with him on the phone when Andy suddenly yelled, take your business somewhere else, don't come back! and hung up the phone. Really unprofessional company! Luckily the owner was so slow with everything, that we didn't start the project with him and are now going with the much better/cheaper/more professional Flooring Express.

Great installation service

The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. I picked this vibrant Moroccan cement tile in custom colors which is a service I never knew existed. Either way very excited to receive this and further add to my review but the service I got at Home Solutionz - Scottsdale was 1st class and I’m certain the material I chose is equally as top grade. Have to check out this place the showroom is insane. Classic cars, weird and wonderful floors, tiles from all over.

Honest and reliable

We used Handyman Connection to install a large multi-pane sliding glass door. We’d experienced a lot of delay and run-around with other contractors and the project had been left incomplete for months. The moment I met with Greg H. I felt reassured. I’m picky but he seemed more picky than I was. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He delivered quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and a reasonable price. Great place to work

Home Solutions was very nice and responsive to work with. Joe Darger, the sales rep was very responsive to concerns or questions I had. The installer Pablo and his crew were terrific, they completed the job in two days and never once arrived late.
