True View did an amazing job replacing a broken window in our house. They were quite affordable and very quick to come out and measure. Even though the glass was custom made, the repair was still completed in a little over a week.

I have a vacation rental in Phoenix and needed some repairs done fast. Superior Replacement repaired a sliding glass door and the replaced the glass the very next day from making the call.

We love our screens. Jason did an amazing job. So professional and excellent quality. Everyone should have them on there home.

Needless to say that was one of our worst days the windows took a while to get here Richard the salesperson is one complete liar the manager that I did call to try to rectify the situation claims to be a marine veteran guess what so am I even informed him of it... guess what the a****** left me behind to all Marines out there you and I both know we don't leave anyone behind and no I do not recommend this place stay away

Big thanks to Thomas, Brian, and Jason. We couldn't be happier with our new windows and sliding door. Huge improvement over the stock builder grade windows. The no nonsense unbiased expertise provided in selecting our windows was refreshing to say the least. No gimmicky sales pitches or bias towards a manufacture. Just facts. We had them replace old 70’s windows in our ‘new to us’ home, and after patiently waiting through the months long manufacturing process, the install went beautifully - great installation crew, professional, friendly - not their fault one brick, arched window wouldn’t fit. While we have been assured the window is being remade, no one can tell us how long it will take or when (months?) this last, ugly front of the house, broken window will be replaced. We were told to ‘keep on’ our contact person until they give us a date… not my idea of superior customer service. 5 stars for superior product and installation, 1 star off for leaving us hanging on this last window.

My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Communication was GREAT. The crew worked hard to get the job done right before the holidays like we were hoping and did a great job cleaning up! I I highly recommend!!

Sean and Brian and the crew were 10+ ! Sean came on time and very courteous and friendly ( qualities you look for in a business) he took his time to survey not just the swamp cooler removal and repair, but took time and gave great advice about suggestions and tips for the rest of the roof. And they came and did it before the rain came, they could’ve waited, but he wanted to get the job done so we wouldn’t have to worry about our leaking roof!!! Should be zero stars. Dishonest company. 3 estimates that kept increasing the price. No communication. Didn't deliver when promised. Warning. Do not use this company.

In the late part of 2011 I decided to replace three windows in the front of my home. I secured three bids including Renewal by Andersen because of its reputation of being one of the premier window manufacturers. I was impressed by the sales representative by his professional approach, his knowledge and his product. I was especially impressed by the fact that no stucco or paint damage would result from the window replacements ( the other two bidders did not offer the same guarantee). The windows were installed in January, 2012 and met all my expectations. The job was completed in one day by a crew of three. They were thorough and cleaned up the inside and ouside prior to departing. I am very satisfied by the appearance and functionality of the new windows and will definitely use Renewal by Andersen when I am ready to replace my remaining windows.
