Monday , February 3 I got online, filled out the form and received a call within 15 minutes. Tristen explained what the process will be and offered to come over the next day. By that same afternoon he had gotten back to me.
Yesterday he once again explained the value of your company and again the next steps. THAT'S CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! We worked with Venturi after our roof leaked into our living room and office. They were extremely professional and hard working. They were communicative during each step of the process. We were happy with their service from the start to finish. When we had questions about additional leaking, our project manager came out same day to double check the space. We would absolutely recommend them.

This is most assuredly the most trustworthy and professional company I could have used for my recent flooding issues. They were there any time I needed to call and always responded in a calming, reassurring manner that left me feeling I was in very good hands. We paid 50% for ceiling repair in June it is now October and we can’t even get them to call us back. They were supposed to do repairs 4 1/2 months ago. They still have our money. Terrible business practices!!

Eric, Cameron & crew were quick to respond to our water damage situation. Gave us thorough information of the extent of the damage and a prompt quote to give to our insurance company. Once the approval was given they were readily available to start. They were conscientious about their work, our health and living situation. They were excellent at keeping us informed of what they found, what was needed and necessary procedures. They found excellent contractors to help complete the work. We highly recommend BOR Avondale. They are wonderful friendly & professional every step of the way. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts Eric, Cameron & crew. You helped make a disastrous situation so much easier.

I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.

Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.

All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I don't know how long we will keep them here, but I and others have been sharing their business cards with our neighbors and hope their families will forgive us Houstonians for keeping them here a little longer. We need you and we appreciate you!

We have used Kiwi about four years. Although the initial charge is higher than average, if you factor in the cost over the one year period, assuming you take advantage of the carpet cleaning three or four times throughout the year, then the average cost per cleaning is below average. So, overall, you are saving money, and your carpets look clean year-round.

The carpet cleaners at Momemtun Carpet did a phenomenal job. They took the time to first assess the carpets. I was asked if there were any trouble spots I was concerned with. We really appreciate the fact that they took the time to do that as we have pets and small grand children who visit.

We feel like this company demonstrated they actually care by their actions. They care to provide great service.

The gentlemen are very professional and the carpets smell fresh and clean. We are very happy with their service and will only call Momentum Carpet Care to work on our carpets. We are truly satisfied customers and highly recommend them.

I hired Mesic Contracting to do Re-Leveling on my grandmas manufactured home in Mesa. They do excellent work and will definetly use again.

I recently work with Thomas Restoration for a water leak in my kitchen. They were awesome to deal with, the communicated every step of the way. Their team was clean and very thorough. I would definitely recommend using them.

I have been using Apex for years and these guys are really good at what they do. This last time I used them Rich came out and he took care of my pet problems. my cat got sick and we couldn't pinpoint the areas that she had had accidents in. He did warn us that it might take some time and that the smell might come back because we didn't know of the exact location of the issue. So we ended up having him do what he suggested and it worked!!! I am so grateful for these guys, thank you so much APEX
