This company is reputable and professional. Their process is top notch and complicated. We had foundation issues on a slab foundation. Their engineers extensively evaluated the problem and planned a solution which involved many moving parts. Delays were experienced through the permitting process due to backlogs in the County. Because this was a complicated engineering process high level review from the County was required. There were several crews involved at different stages of the process. We were impressed with the work ethic of every crew member. When completed you would not have known any ground was disturbed and the composite stitch was exemplary. Highly recommend this company. Worth the wait and the cost.

James came over for a consultation and estimate of a crack in the concrete near our garage door. He was on time and very professional. He also was honest and knowledgeable about the issue and didn’t try to sell me on a repair that was cosmetic versus structural. He also made sure I understand what was happening and allowed me to make an informed decision about whether to make the repair now or not. SSK Concrete does excellent work. The original plan was to form on Saturday and pour on Monday.
Shawn and his team managed to arrange the pour on Saturday as well.
They arrive at the exact time they said they would. Even let me know they were on their way.
Very professional. High quality work. They accomodated my every requirement. Graded the concrete with the proper slope to ensure water flows away from the house. Even accomodated 4 small footings not in the original plan.
Pricing was as fair as most yet better than some.
I recommend SSK Concrete and his team for any project large or small.

Valleywide recently demolished a structure for us. Despite our tight deadline, they worked with us to make sure it was done on time and within budget.

We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!
