I highly recommend this company! I LOVE my new windows and sliding glass door. I went from the original windows of my home to brand new energy efficient windows and what a difference!! They look amazing and they even reduce some of the outside noise. The two guys that came to install my windows were incredible! They were professional and did a great job! I still can't believe how good my windows and door look and I wonder why I didn't get them sooner.

These guys were great. Very helpful in the window selection process and worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly when I used my own contractor to handle the installation. Great place!

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Steve was professional, friendly and very thorough. Appreciate him wearing a mask as well as offering to put on shoe coverings. The cabinet handles, sliding pantry shelf installation, garage cabinet removal and repair of exterior coach light were all performed extremely well. Our plan is, at a later date, to have your guys return to re-hang the garage cabinet that was removed and paint the interior garage walls. Our relationship with you over the past almost 10 years has truly made our lives easier. It's great to know we can call on you and get a fair price and professional craftsmen to do the work. Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

DO NOT use this company defrauding consumers out of their money, and either not starting or completing work. Featured in local AZ news for these reasons, Google/YouTube them!!
